Pros:

It was secure and private

Cons:

That there were no shower facilities on the same floor as the rooms. Actually went to friends hotel and used their bathroom facilities.
Kitchen facilities were a microwave only. No jug or utensils at all.
Also maybe the tatami need to be treated for dani, I got bites.

Expensive & not to its Expectations
Pros:

Did not realise that the guests have to sleep on a mattress & what if they had problems. Also, I wasn't aware that the guest had to pay ¥200.00 for showers, which was unknown to me & and I haven't come across such arrangement. There is no water for drinking nor hot water to consume.
I stayed for 2 nights & the ladies' toilets were not cleaned. You do not meet & speak to other guests except the receptionist. Only a tiny lift to carry many guests & what happens during an emergency.

The receptionist was helpful & gave me a brilliant itinerary of how to get to the accommodation & spoke English too.
