Pros:

Jennelyn, the caretaker or the coordinator, is very accommodating, helpful and easy to talk to.. she managed to direct us to do things during checking in and out and in between..
the place is clean and comfortable and is almost complete - bottled water is missing but it did not affect the quality of the stay.. In terms of its location, it is accessible to most of the spots, MOA to be specific and to the surrounding high-end hotels and malls.. it is just walking distance to the Mall of Asia..
this place and it's staff are highly recommended and we will definitely come back, hopefully, Jennelyn will still accommodate us..

A Great Place to Stay
Pros:

There is a fridge, electric kettle, microwave, hot and cold bath, washing machine (though we did not use it), flat screen tv, working a/c, decent bed, balcony facing the pool area, and most of all responsive staff.

I also like how close it is to MOA.
Will surely book this place again.

Cons:

I noticed that the top of the fridge is rusting, and the faucet in the bathroom is a little loose. However, this didn't affect our overall stay here at all. I will still give this place a 10.
