Pros:

It was on the beach. Like straight in front of the property. It’s a gorgeous place really. Comfortable and the staff are friendly enough. 100% will stay again

Nothing really. It is a bit far from the main city, but that’s not a terrible thing as it is a beautiful place

Pros:

gần biển, bước ra cổng là tới biển, rất đẹp , yên tĩnh , nếu ở phòng trên lầu thì homestay có đặt 2 bàn gỗ dài ở ngoài ban công nơi sinh hoạt chung, buổi chiều ngồi ở đó ăn rất mát và chill. buổi sáng sớm có 1 số thuyền thúng đi đánh bắt về nên có thể mua cá, mực tại chỗ rất tươi. Điều mình và gia đình rất thích là homestay cho mượn sup miễn phí để ra biển chơi. cho mượn xe máy và xe đạp nếu cần. Có 1 chợ địa phương gần homestay. Homestay cách tp Tuy Hòa tầm 10km ko quá xa. Nếu bạn muốn chọn nơi yên tĩnh để trải nghiệm cuộc sống bình yên, ra bãi biển tắm or đi dạo chơi ko đông đúc, thì nên chọn ở đây. Chuyến đi này gia đình mình rất thích, cảm ơn homestay đã hỗ trợ cho mình hủy 1 phòng dù tới nơi mới báo trả, homestay ko thu thêm phụ phí , ko làm khó lúc báo trả.

Cons:

Về phòng thì mình thấy chưa được sạch lắm, phòng tắm kiểu bằng gỗ nên sẽ không sạch bằng phòng lát gạch. Nhân viên thân thiện , nhất là anh bảo vệ.

Pros:

Gần biển, buổi sáng ra ngắm bình minh và mua hải sản tươi, ngắm làng chài buổi sáng. Phòng nhỏ gọn, sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Ở phòng kiểu container nên cách âm không được tốt, có thể nghe tiếng nói chuyện ở phòng bên cạnh và tiếng từ tầng trên.

Sadly NOT much the booking was very unprofessionally handled. I booked for 6 nights it was confirmed but i was told only 4 nights leaving me no room on biggest holiday!

Cons:

Hard mattress place far out cost a lot in transportation place hard to find! Constant delays for drivers to get out to move mopeds out of way on farm road! My host never came as promised, no staff, only a poor security man plumbing issues sink was jammed no room cleaning loud construction in yard worker parked in front of our door & drilled in front of me causing dirt to fly in my food & drink - we had promises of a motocycle for our use but was broken - beach was quite stinky rotten fish smell with rotted lumber & squid nets! Not swimming beach constant swallow waves & wind

Pros:

Love the spacious room, high ceiling, outdoor shower, free bicycle/motor bike, common kitchen area, lots of plants/trees, quiet neighborhood, gorgeous beach views, and accommodating host.

Cons:

Construction noise came from adjacent room, motor bikes of construction workers parked in front lawn of our unit, host stationed very close to our unit. These issues are minor and fixable and will make a big difference for guests who value privacy.

Great beach view and nice people.
Pros:

The security guard was super nice. I arrived kind of late and asked him where I could go get dinner and he took me on the back of his motorbike and we ate dinner at a nice restaurant not too far. Very welcoming and a great experience.

Fabulous room and open air shower, shame about the karaoke
Pros:

The room and particularly the outdoor shower and bathroom were great. I love the space they’ve created for the outdoor shower, felt like being in Bali. The location is on the beach, you can’t really swim there though. It’s in amongst a very local fishing village which is great and beautiful but be warned it’s not easy to find a meal there, I used grab delivery.

Cons:

I hate to say it because it’s not about the property and the Homestay itself is absolutely great. I was loving it all until 5pm when the karaoke started on the public beach pathway right outside my bedroom. It was so loud and screeching I could feel the reverberations in my bed. Maybe it’s not every night but particularly for western travellers who aren’t so used to karaoke it may be helpful to know.
