Overall, the entire property was spectacular, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at One26 on M in Sea Point and couldn't find anything to complain about. The views from our 7th-floor balcony were beautiful, both during the day and at night, with stunning mountain views. The rooftop pool was small but lovely, and although it was too cold to swim, the rooftop area was a great place to relax. The property was spectacular, and we would definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The stay was good i enjoyed a lot , the view was nice and the apartment is beautiful
Pros:

The staff is excellent they’re friendly and good
They didn’t rush me on my check-out time i was supposed to get out at 10 but i got out 30min later
The location is good , near to food markets
The apartment is clean and got nice views

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. It was worth every penny I paid. I loved it.

Cons:

The kettle wasn't working and they took it and never came back (only issue I had was the kettle not working). Also if you call with a cellphone it doesn't go through until you use a landline. You don't reply to WhatsApp messages but it's the only convenient option to get through to the facility.
