It was very conveniently located and fairly priced

Cons:

The French coffee plunger was cracked and broke, and they attempted to blame me. Washing and dryers are not accessible by elevator.

Não conseguimos fazer o check in nem um minuto antes do horário previsto, todos os funcionários foram muito gentis mas realmente o tempo para a liberação do apartamento poderia ser menor principalmente considerando que o check in foi às 15h e o check out às 10 da manhã

Top locatie met top uitzicht op de zee. De appartementen ( onze groep had er twee) waren ruim, modern en heel mooi. In de omgeving veel restaurantje en paar minuten van de seapoint boulevard.

Nice place, friendly staff, just not suitable for old people.
Cons:

Didn't like the bed tucked into a corner which made it difficult for old people with ailments to get on/into the bed.
Booking.com should explain the layout of the compact units better and add more photos.
Booking.com showed the amount payable then AFTER payment is made, there was extra costs added for cleaning that wasn't disclosed during the booking process.

I enjoyed the stay keep up the good work
Pros:

The staff were very helping and friendly and also the place was very neat and tidy. The shops, restaurants are situated near by.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for a lovely experience!
