Terrible service at that location
Pros:

We booked the Asia Ruby hotel for our trip to Vietnam. I was very shocked when I arrived to check in. The room we booked was a Deluxe Double Room with bath, but when we got to the room, all the furniture was very old and the layout was nothing like what was shown online and on Google. I was moved to the 7th floor, and they said this was the largest VIP room they had at this location and their branch. We were really disappointed because everything in the bathroom was very dirty and water was leaking from the shower. They came to check but couldn't fix it. We couldn't leave because we had paid with a credit card, and they didn't want to refund us. We really need to be more careful about these kinds of customer deception. Meanwhile, the room rates were too high. The hotel apartment was worse compared to nearby hotels. The food was just terrible. I'm very sad that my vacation turned out to be like this.

The facilities were very old—it felt like stepping back into the 80s. When I walked into the room, the curtains fell off, the bathtub was old and stained, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and smelled bad. The hotel really needs renovations to justify the price they charge. What made me dislike this place the most is that the pictures they show look very nice, but the reality is far below our expectations.

RIEN À FUIR ! Heureusement je n’ai séjourné qu’une nuit !

Cons:

Je n’ai rien aimé. Le lit n’est pas confortable, la salle de bain sent mauvais. De la rouille . La baignoire est dans un sale état. PAS D’EAU CHAUDE ( tiède ❄️) j’ai du me laver à l’eau froide alors que j’avais déjà refroidit la pièce. Le sofa est taché et sent mauvais. J’avais réservé un studio mais une fois le paiement effectué en espèce , elle m’annonce qu’il n’est plus disponible! Donc soi disant elle me fait aller dans la chambre VIP ! C’était l’horreur il n’y avait rien de VIP. C’est vieillot et sale. Heureusement que j’avais booker uniquement une nuit pour prendre mon vol le lendemain. J’ai déjà dormi dans BIEN mieux à HCMC pour moins cher. Franchement il vaut pas le prix. Le service n’est pas confort. C’est mon avis chacun fait ce qu’il veut. Les photos ne reflète pas la réalité attention.
Le petit dej est plus salé que sucré. Salle petite. Pas de place.

Overall fine for budget option

For budget travellers it’s fine

Cons:

The photos do not give a good indication of what’s going on. It was ok however our ‘studio’ cost more for a same size room (we believe) as a standard room we just had a random kitchen sink installed. The aircon leaked but worked and everything just seemed like it was 15 years old and not updated

Great value, would stay again
Pros:

Super cool place. Very clean with great staff. Good value for money. The room was comfortable, if a bit small but fine for the price. It's near some super cool little food spots, though a bit chaotic out on the road. Saying that where isn't in HCMC!

Cons:

Could have been a better breakfast. Maybe some more variety of fruit, or some nicer coffee. Some noise was coming off the street so maybe not great for light sleepers.
