This property runs a bait and switch scam. We arrived on the property and there was no room because it was "oversold". Go through other reviews and you will see that they will try to put you in a terrible hotel room elsewhere. We got stranded because it was during a holiday and there was only one other hotel with a room available in all of Rach Gia. Also we never got refunded for our booking that we paid for

Khách sạn đổi chỗ nghỉ của khách nhưng ko báo trước. Đúng kiểu treo đầu dê ...😑

Đã đặt trên booking trước tận 2 tuần. Khi đến khách sạn nhận phòng họ đã đưa bọn mình đến 1 chỗ nghĩ khác không phải phòng đã đặt, đến chỗ khác rồi bảo là ks hết phòng, này cũng của người quen này kia, mjh tin tưởng booking nên ko lường trước đc là ks boom tụi mình, đến nơi lạ nên đành chịu.
