Le falta mucho mantenimiento, al igual fue de glamour, hace años, lo tienen muy dejado. Lo alquilamos por ubicación, pero tampoco, no funcionaba lavaplatos, suciedad en horno, rotas persianas, todo muy dejado. Y si van al alquilar el parking que sea minúsculo el vehículo, nosotros lo alquilamos y no pudimos entrar por altura, y no nos desembolsaron el importe.

Disappointing experience regarding the deposit. After I booked the house, the hotel contacted me “off line” to charged me extra deposit through a personal account a week before check-in, and promised a refund upon checkout. However, it has been a month since I stayed there, and despite several follow-ups, I still HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MoNEY BACK. Poor financial handling and lack of accountability. Be careful with your credit card charges OFFLINE here!

We did have some initial difficulty finding the key box, but once inside, everything was great.

Se escucha el ruido en los demás departamentos. Nos pidieron no caminar después de las 10 pm porque los vecinos alcanzaban a escuchar nuestros pasos y se incomodaban.
Me pidieron un depósito previo (que es normal en la mayoría de los hospedajes) pero no tienen un sistema de reembolso automático, tuve que pedirlo un par de semanas despues del viaje porque lo recordé, pero me queda la inquietud de que pude no haberlo recuperado si no lo solicito.
Los cuarto son muy oscuros, no tienen suficiente iluminación, hay muy pocos contactos eléctricos.

Its been 11 days and I still havent received my security deposit back after contacting property through booking.com. I received response to contact Dan and/or Paloma. When I called Dan, he requested I text him info and haven't received reply or text back. I left a message for Paloma and dudnt hear back. I am now disputing through credit card company.
Laundry app needed to use washer/dryer.
Upstairs neighbor walked back and forth in heels constantly.
Distance from parking space to elevator, then room. It was a trek, since I was there for a surgery.
We were emailed not to interact with office staff and had no idea where the pool or gym was, so I didnt ask where it was. Even if I couldn't use, the others in my group could have used. They send an email with a video link showing where the trash chute is. That was interesting. Another unneeded trek. I tried to contact during stay and received no response.
The windows and sliding glass door didn't lock.

The bathrooms weren’t in great condition. One had a slow drain. The laundry is communal, which wasn’t very clear in the description. And there weren’t enough hand towels.

Les lits sont trop moux, Une des salle de bain est à rénover. La climatisation est trop bruyante pour pouvoir dormir avec. Le réseau électrique laissait à désirer - des cables et des raccordements étaient apparents, je doute que cela soit aux normes.
