Minha experiência não foi boa. Fiz a reserva especificando claramente a configuração dos quartos: um triplo com três camas de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiro. No entanto, recebi um quarto com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, o que deixou o espaço extremamente apertado e difícil de circular, e o outro quarto veio com cama de casal, totalmente diferente do solicitado.

Fui informada na recepção de que haviam enviado um e-mail avisando sobre a indisponibilidade, mas ele foi enviado à meia-noite e meia, o que torna inviável qualquer ajuste por parte do hóspede. A solução sugerida foi retirar uma cama de um dos quartos, o que não me pareceu adequado diante da frustração já causada.

O café da manhã é bom, porém a disposição dos alimentos é confusa e gera aglomeração, dificultando a circulação e tornando a experiência desconfortável.
