It was our best vacation in many years!
Pros:

Pristine, well maintained, comfortable, beautifully decorated.

Cons:

As a woman, I didn’t have the strength to pull out the water handle in the shower. And a simple one, there was only one garbage bag for the kitchen garbage and I need at least another one.

It was clean, convenient, and the tenant was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again! 10/10 on location as well!
Pros:

The condo unit itself was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. It was very easy to get down to the beach and back and the view of the beach was good too! There was plenty of space for our family of four and we were comfortable for our entire stay.

Cons:

The building was under construction and when you first entered we weren’t sure if we were allowed in.

Relaxing Weekend Trip
Pros:

Great location, clean, host very likeable and communicative. We will def rent another weekend here or host surrounding properties.

Cons:

Elevator stopped working and had to make 3 trips with groceries up the stairs to the 5th floor, slow elevator, lobby still under construction, one gate closest to us was closed to pool.

If you could’ve controlled the weather that would have been wonderful otherwise it was great. You were a great host
Pros:

Great location. Right on the sand. Couldn’t be better.

Cons:

I have a muscular disease and I could not use the shower well due to no hand rails as that is too dangerous for me and also the toilet was too low. Pictures showed a handrail but there was none.

Beautiful space with perfect beach access.
Pros:

It was perfect size for 4 adults and was exceptionally clean. There was perfect beach access from the condo and everything was very secure. All doors had codes to get in the building and locks on the gate access to the beach.

Pros:

Very comfortable and well equipped. Attention to detail providing beach equipment, towels and general information about the area. Easy parking and a great view of the ocean. Everything worked and nicely decorated.

Great location a nice view, but disrepair affected our stay.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful view from the living room, firm but very comfortable beds. Apartment appeared very clean and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

Lack of privacy in the one and only bedroom due to four vertical blinds missing. Another condo looks straight into this window and we did not have privacy for changing at night nor could we make the room dark with these missing Window Coverings. There was also some sign of disrepair in the bathroom as the shower curtain fell frequently, old cracks with putty in a very small space. There is a lack of space to place luggage in the bedroom as well as very few outlets. I had to keep my phone in the living room to be charged at night. The living room furniture is very comfortable, but we had to use some of it for our luggage. Additionally, the elevator Would consistently go down to the first floor, then back up to the second. I informed the property owner about most of these issues, and there was either no response or that it would be taken care of after our stay.

Heavenly.
Pros:

The property was an excellent value. Very nicely decorated, spacious, well stocked, and right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Cons:

The rugs were dirty, and the balcony furniture needs to be replaced.

Miscommunication the owner was not nice looked up other properties in unit were much cheaper. The air conditioner sounded like a plane was taking off each time it turned on.

The location was great it was relaxing other than them doing work on other apartments making lots of noise.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. The beach is clean and the sea view was beautiful from the balcony.

Cons:

I had to go by a frying pan due to the pots and pans were used the Teflon was coming off and that’s not good healthwise. Went to use the oven. It had a smell and the insulation around the door was coming off. Ended up not using. The apartment is dated.
The first day the maintenance man asked what apartment we were in and we told him 501.
The next morning he was coming through our door. Then the following day he knocked and used his key to open the door. That was kinda of creepy.

My car was towed when the parking permit fell from the dashboard. I would prefer that if they must use towing services that the towing company had the license plate numbers of people who were staying at the property
