Staff great, restaurant is ok, nothing special ….its a good place to chill…. Reds Bar is ok..
Pros:

Staff are absolutely fantastic…..I’ve stayed there many times, staff have ALWAYS been top notch.

Cons:

Building maintenance,,I’d say it’ll fall down in 5 years.

Value for money did not met our expectations
Pros:

Front beach, with boat can be rented to go to island hopping

Cons:

Facilities and facades were all aged and the AC is not working much as we expected, staffs are ok but the house rules are too stiff

Supplies of drinking water were limited

Amenities. Price. Full of mosquitoes. Old and dilapidated. Does not even have free water, soap and shampoo to guest. Hot water is broken. Smelly. Does not even have slippers for bathroom use.

Excellent! We’ll come back again soon !
Pros:

The location is very excellent. It’s beachfront with excellent beach. And the staff has excellent service, from guards to everyone working in Arizona provided us warm accommodation and attend to our needs. Our family enjoyed our time particularly the kids enjoyed it so much. 1 night is not enough as we were not able to enjoy the pool , but overall, definitely an excellent service. Thank you Arizona Beach Resort for the very good accommodation and being part of our treasured memories with Subic.

Cons:

I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in rooms with many mirrors.I didn’t have a good night rest due to that.But I know that this is part of the room, so I’m not complaining. Maybe it’s just me and my beliefs of room feng shui.

Pros:

Good friendly staff location on beach bombarded by sellers daily

Cons:

Very dated room was passable but needs revamp trickle of water in sink no plug would not stay again hence the reveiw very poor advertised free airport shuttle that is not true they would charge 4.500 peso each way that needs addressing

Crash pad for scuba enthusiasts
Pros:

First off, salute to the owner for supporting the military. Good discounts available for current and previous members of the military.
Several tributes in the hotel to the USS Arizona which was sunk with high loss of life at Pearl Harbor.
Bar restaurant is good. Good variety of food, wines, spirits and beers.
Food is good with a mixture of Asian and Western dishes available. Different specials each night of the week. Karaoke, Fridays and Saturdays.
Restaurant looks out onto the beach so there tends to be a cooling breeze.
Staff are friendly and efficient and make an effort to keep the customers happy.

Cons:

Rooms are adequately if cheaply furnished, aimed I guess at the folks who are there primarily for the scuba and just need somewhere to sleep. Bed was comfortable, small couch, not so much. Poor to non existent wifi. Well stocked minibar in the room.
Beach is a disgrace. Entire length covered with plastic trash. There are several hotels and resorts along the beach and it is sad they do not do more to keep the beach clean . Especially considering the focus of the area is water sports.

The pictures provided in the website were all totally different from the actual. Very disappointed. It was advertised as 4 star.. but this is only 1 star or no star at all..upon check out, was asked to pay additional payment of 1,100 local currency.. unexpected amount to pay.

Rooms are okay, old but maintained quite well. Hot water is available in the family room, no issues.

Can’t think of anything bad to say. It is well maintained and staff are nice and accommodating.

Nice efficient staff, clean facilities, really good location. Bar, restaurant service quick, and friendly.

Cons:

Aircon not well positioned. 2500P, price would make a higher mark. 3350P a bit high.

Pros:

Near the beach

Cons:

Aircon in room 3 is very loud, guests cant sleep well.
No prawns available in the restaurant, which the hotel is located along the seashore. When someone sell us food the waitress announce that we are violating the rules, very shameful with our guest. Very unprofessional, and very much not filipino attitude.
