I stayed here because my mom booked it for me so I could be more comfortable, but the experience was very disappointing and not worth the money.
When I arrived, the room wasn’t ready — no toilet paper, dirty towels, smelly sheets and blankets, and a broken water heater (I had to use a small kettle for hot water). The whole place smelled unpleasant, so I ended up using my own towel instead of theirs.
As days went by, I started getting bites all over my body — itchy, painful, and leaving dark marks. I later confirmed the cause when I saw bed bugs crawling on the bed, plus cockroaches in the room. When I reported it, the housekeeper denied it, even though it’s clear the room hasn’t been cleaned properly.
The listing was also misleading. It said there was a kitchen, but in reality there wasn’t. When I complained about the bed bugs, instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of only complaining because I couldn’t cook there. That excuse doesn’t even make sense.
I asked for a refund, but they refused. At this point it’s clear they only care about the money, not the guests’ comfort or safety. Very unprofessional, misleading, and mukhang pera. They just want to get your money.
... the bunk bed with futon bed below and drawer steps, the comfort/shower room, the free wifi, the smart tv, the entire room itself.
.... i'm not saying i don't like it because i agreed to it upon booking, but the check out time is early. 10am. they might have a reason for it that i am not aware of, but who am i to judge. i am just saying it is not aligned with the usual standard.

I didn’t like anything except for the location.
I booked 6 night but we(me and children) checked out in the morning after 1 night.
The place is too tight for 3 people, cleanliness is poor,there’s a big black trash bag on top of the cabinet full of something,there are stuffs in the mini kitchen shelves that a guest doesn’t need like broken trash can lid and other unnecessary stuffs,no air conditioning, it’s not comfortable at all especially when you just came from abroad and you’re expecting to stay in a nice and relaxing homy place.Big NO for Megatower 3.
Perfect place to stay because it’s in the heart of session road.
Location is pretty good accessible to most places I needed to go.
