Pros:

Confortavel e localização boa.

Cons:

Foi tudo ok.
Apenas a questão do ruído. O barulho das acomodações vizinhas batendo porta logo cedo e as janelas sem anti-ruído, sendo que a area é rota do aeroporto de Congonhas.

Pros:

Location was OK

Cons:

comfort, cleaning, infrastructure ( towels, bathroom safety) and no place to manage food or eating) the fridge was not fixed and was at risk of falling on your feet every time you open the door.

The location was perfect, but the room needs a lot of care.
Pros:

The place was far from being clean. My watch fell under the bed and I had the unpleasant experience of having to look under the bed. It was very dirty!

Cons:

The safe did not work
There was less than 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper for a one week stay
The room ( not an apartment) was not serviced daily as promised when I asked before renting the place.
There was only a small trash bin in the bathroom, but none in the room itself
The room was finally cleaned Only after I called the contact number and complained about the condition of the room.
