Pros:

Location

Cons:

AC did not function properly. Broken door divider between sleeping quarters and living room. Large plate glass close to falling. Shower enclosure leaked water onto bathroom floor causing hazardous slip and fall condition. Owner did not respond to calls or email to resolve problems. Still have not heard from owner one week later. Left after one night have requested refund.
