Location was good.
- The room was extremely small for a deluxe double room
- Only 1 outlet in the entire room for charging devices.
- No kettle
- The entire bathroom floor was covered in water when I got to the room after arrival. Water was all over the toilet, trash container, and sink.
- The shower had a rain shower and handheld...could not find anywhere to turn off the rain shower and use the handheld.
- There was soap only in the shower area, not even a small bar of soap to wash hands in sink
- There was nothing in the room about WiFi and password..had to go downstairs to get the password.
- There needs to be padding at the wooden corner of the bed; I hit my knee 3 times on that corner (because the room is so small), it is very dangerous.
- There is no switch light to turn the lights off next to the bed. I had to get up, turn the lights off by the door, then try to find my way back to the bed in the dark which is how I hit my knee on the sharp corner of the bed.
- The bathroom trash container has a broken lid
- The shower did not have hot water; it was only lukewarm at best.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel; the room is not customer friendly.
