Bom hotel.
Pros:

Boa estrutura do hotel. Excelente café da manhã. Funcionários do hotel muito cordiais.

Cons:

Dificuldade para falar com anfitrião. Frigobar descongelou duas vezes molhando o quarto. Aguardamos dois dias para a troca das toalhas. Aluguel no formato de flat.

Não gostei da desorganização no meu check-in. Recebi confirmação de alteração e quando cheguei no hotel não havia reserva para mim. Um transtorno.
Quantidade de elevadores não suportam o alto fluxo de pessoas, proporcionando muito tempo de espera. A experiência não foi boa.
