The best hotel I have stayed in. From check in to drinks, everything was superb and seamless. The room was incredible, large, clean, beautiful decor and loved the welcome note, waters, biscuits and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional but super friendly and so helpful.

Beautiful Hotel
Didn’t like the steps in the foyer. We had to carry our luggage up the steps to the elevator.
Location, staff and room (including bed comfort) were EXCELLENT.
Minor point, shower water pressure. I also don't think that a bar the quality of Bacchus should have a television playing. In my opinion it lowers the ambience substantially.

This is an exceptional hotel. During our trip to Canada we stayed in a number of hotels and this was by far the best. Upon arrival greeted for check in by Ryan who unfortunately for us was not working when we checked out. Loved the evening cookies delivered to the room daily. Made our stay in Vancouver memorable.
Perfection, can’t improve on that.
It had a very comfortable and relaxed feeling as soon as you walk through the front door everything was very clean. Staff was great.
