Staff were pleasant and efficient The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for us.
Pros:

Location and general sound proofing was great
complementary Umbrellas :)
The king size bed was very comfortable

Cons:

we were advised maintenance work would be happening at about 2pm-5pm
unfortunately it started at 7:30AM!

Exceptional hotel in every way.
Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel. During our trip to Canada we stayed in a number of hotels and this was by far the best. Upon arrival greeted for check in by Ryan who unfortunately for us was not working when we checked out. Loved the evening cookies delivered to the room daily. Made our stay in Vancouver memorable.

Cons:

Perfection, can’t improve on that.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay incredibly comfortable - including upgrading me! I would highly highly recommend this hotel - it's extremely cozy and well situated too!

A Luxurious experience- All in one place
Pros:

Beautifully decorated property and wonderful welcome from staff. The dining room meal was excellent and we enjoyed the ambiance of live piano and singing. Breakfast was also delicious and all staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

It’s really lovely. I cannot think of anything.
