Hôtel magnifique à l’emplacement idéal.
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique. Pour ceux qui aiment le style « victorien », c’est l’hôtel qu’il vous faut! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse. Toujours présent prêt à aider.

Cons:

Je trouve regrettable le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de petit déjeuné inclu dans le forfait.
Sinon tout le reste était parfait.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location, ambience, staff and luxury all combined for a perfect stay.
Pros:

The best hotel I have stayed in. From check in to drinks, everything was superb and seamless. The room was incredible, large, clean, beautiful decor and loved the welcome note, waters, biscuits and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional but super friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

Didn’t like the steps in the foyer. We had to carry our luggage up the steps to the elevator.

Pros:

Location, staff and room (including bed comfort) were EXCELLENT.

Cons:

Minor point, shower water pressure. I also don't think that a bar the quality of Bacchus should have a television playing. In my opinion it lowers the ambience substantially.
