Cons:

Nada, Estuvo todo muy bien. Si acaso, en la zona de wallness estaría bien alguna máquina para entrenar… o pesas.. quedaría súper completo!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lifts. The rooms are lovely, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. The hosts truly go above and beyond for their guests. We ended up getting stuck in Italy for another week, and they graciously let us keep our room and even offered a generous discount. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

La camera con vista sull'Alpe Cermis è una vera chicca, un soggiorno a dir poco magico nella quiete più totale che solo questo luogo può offrire. Personale cordiale e flessibile, con estrema cura al dettaglio e sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Colazione ricca di prodotti locali con ampia scelta sia per dolce e per salato.

Cons:

La SPA è semplice ed accogliente, unica pecca la arroganza di alcuni clienti che durante la nostra visita hanno preso possesso di alcuni punti del centro benessere noncuranti del fatto che, essendo a disposizione di tutta la clientela dell'hotel, non hanno avuto il buonsenso a mio parere di usufruire degli spazi condivisi nel modo corretto, rendendo l'esperienza leggermente snervante, unico fattore negativo da non da imputare però alla struttura che resta impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

Все понравилось.Отличный отель.Берите номер с джакузи на балконе,он дороже,но это того стоит.Завтраки отличные с потрясающим видом на горы.Очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал,5 минут пешком до центра.Мы обязательно вернемся.

Great design, helpful and very friendly staff and the owner is extremely nice. It’s close to the ski gondola.

Cons:

A bit expensive for what it offers (note that there are no amenities in the room: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee machine. So make sure you bring your own)
