Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice, green and quiet place-it is not a tourist city center, but there are a lot of nice walking areas and restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, all staff spoke English good enough so that we could understand each other. We stayed for 14 nights and cleaning was done each day except for 2. Our room was number 402 and it was veeeery cozy and with a nice view. The furniture was new and clean. There were no insects in the room. Wifi worked smoothly all the time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who don’t mind to spend some time to get to the city center (non-walking distance) and prefers to stay in a quiet area.

Cons:

The only advise is to add a safe in the room and also some dishes-there was a kitchen in our room, but with only 2 glasses and 2 cups, no plates/knifes/forks etc.

A basic hotel in a quiet street. OK for hiding away for a couple of days.
Pros:

A basic hotel located in a quiet street in the Korean area of Saigon. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and spas etc (mainly Korean). Room was on the fifth floor and was large and quiet with enough basic amenities to make a liveable studio apartment.

This is the second property called the Royal homies bit confusing when booking which building I was supposed to be in but
the room was lovely, big comfy bed with 4 Quality PILLOWS as it should be
kitchen is basic but at least some utensils to cook with
great air conditioning has 2 units and work well will come again

Cons:

no safe in room, receipt not issued as promised
