Un repos au calme
Pros:

Grand espace, pratique pour nos valises. La localisation est très bien, avec des nuits calmes car dans 1 impasse donc peu de bruit. Les grands enfants ont aimé la chambre en mezzanine, attention à la tête pour les adultes en haut. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre. Il y a beaucoup d'humidité, surtout dans la mini douche. Il faut aussi acheter le produit lessive pour utiliser la machine à laver. Malheureusement nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité dans le quartier le dernier jour mais ce n'est pas de leur faute.

Pros:

Lovely decoration, homely. Comfy beds. Easy and safe check-in. Really liked the video the owner sent for directions to the apartment. Good quiet location. Liked the information sheet on the table.

Cons:

The bathroom. Poor ventilation has created loads of mold and would never dry. The bathroom door was rotting. There's also no windows so the apartment ends up getting stuffy and moist. Also didn't feel the cleanest when we arrived. There was a washing machine but it was unclear whether it also dried clothes, and it's not a good idea to air dry as there's little ventilation. Maybe some instructions in English would be helpful for visitors/tourist

Pros:

Es ist in einem eher entspannteren Viertel in Hanoi. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten für Kaffee etc. Aber auch mit nem Grab ist es nicht weit in die Stadt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr süß eingerichtet und man kann sich wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Das Bett ist etwas durchgelegen.
Die ganze Nacht hat etwas im Treppenhaus geknackt.
Es ist extrem hellhörig und ich bin mehrfach aufgewacht, als meine Nachbarn nachts nach Hause kamen (lag noch mehr an den alkoholisierten Nachbarn).
Die Vermieterin war erst nett und dann komisch. Ich wollte einfach nur gerne länger im Zimmer bleiben (Nachtbus), dann log sie mich an, dass Gäste nach mir im Zimmer sind und ich deswegen pünktlich zum Check Out raus sein soll. Letzendlich konnte ich genau mein Zimmer aber für die nächste Nacht buchen, was ich dann auch getan habe. Sie hat dann nicht mehr mit mir kommuniziert, unnötig so ein Verhalten

Sạch nha, đẹp, keo. Vị trí thuận lợi trung tâm gần phố cổ, phố đi bộ. Cạnh đó có tiệm trà hoa quả nước ngon lắm, chill và giá mềm nữa. Có circle K cũng tiện

À chắc là trần nhà hơi mỏng nên tầng trên làm ồn thì phòng dưới vẫn nghe xíu

Exceptional
Pros:

A small hidden gem in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi! Slightly away from the main streets so it was good for a peaceful night sleep. Bed was super comfy and the property felt very clean and tidy! A good 20 minute walk into town but some really good food spots just around the corner too! Owners were very helpful and always reachable on messages for any queries we had!

The house is inside a small dirty road full of cockroaches which you can find inside the room. We could sleep all night because of this.
