Under the circumstances, Iwe did what we needed to do but it would have been a much better experience.😒
Pros:

It was a clean building and the staff was nice.

Cons:

Although it was a nice room. The fact that my original accommodation was cancelled was annoying. My husband has a condition which requires that we both have our own bed. Due to my budget, I had no choice but to choose this one. Consequently, I had to buy an inflatable mattress making the room exceptionally smaller. I was very disappointed.

Great value, great location, great room, and great staff.
Pros:

The property is right off 5th Avenue which scares some people due to the noise but I didn’t have any issues with noise at all. The staff were awesome, I don’t see how anybody could say otherwise. They were very respectful and helped me with all my questions. If you give off good energy you’ll most likely receive it in return. Great place to stay!

Cons:

The rooftop is a little underwhelming compared to others places to stay, specifically with the seating but that can’t change so if you want a huge rooftop with tons of space and pools, just stay somewhere else. I enjoyed my time in the pool and relaxing up there.
