The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are steps to the 1st floor which I took on arrival. There is an elevator you can take in the garage.
The location of the property was closed to the airport, walking distance to little restaurants and the room I was in , had sufficient amenities for what I needed for the short stay. The male at the front reception was very friendly and helpful.
I would have liked access to an iron in the room.
Location is very convenient if you need a place to stay after a late night flight (less than 10 minutes from the airport)
The room seemed clean but there were multiple insects flying around. The AC provided a strange humidity smell. There were a couple of holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The rooms are also booked by hours, so you might hear people going in and out (pun intended).
It's situation was very good...close to the airport and surrounded by many good restaurants including Tokyo Deli. Using Grab made this an affordable option from the airport because we managed to avoid the scam monopoly of airport taxis.
The room was fine and the beds comfortable even if the pillows were too hard for me. Accessed by elevator from garage basement but not inconvenient.
I just needed a place to rest for the night after a very long flight. It was very close to the airport, so it was very convenient to me as I had to take flight next morning.
Just a side note for anyone reading this: do not used the taxis being offered once you get out of the airport in Ho Chi Minh City, they will rip you off. Prepare yourself and get a Grab!
