Tolle Lage, alles bestens
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Bad gut, Betten bequem, Kühlschrank, Klima/Heizung hat gut funktioniert, Aussicht mega, toller großer Balkon, Frühstück war gut, Essen im Restaurant gut, Lage super zentral, Entfernung zum alten Basar ca. 3 min., zur Burg 8 min. Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen.

Cons:

Nicht einfach zu finden bei Anreise mit eigenem Auto. Wenn man aber der Wegbeschreibung folgt, die man nach der Buchung vom Hotel bekommt, ist es kein Problem. Man kann das Auto nicht direkt am Hotel parken, der Besitzer hat aber einen Parkplatz. Man wird vom Treffpunkt mit seinem Auto abgeholt und vor das Hotel gefahren, alles problemlos.

Warm hospitality and excellent service at this family-run hotel, situated right in the heart of Krujë.
Delicious food, a generous and tasty breakfast, guaranteed cleanliness in a very comfortable room, and unbeatable views of the castle, the town and even the sea.

Accueil et service attentionné.
Pros:

Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher au stationnement même si celui-ci se trouve à 5 minutes à pied. Le personnel à qui nous nous sommes adressés a été à l’écoute et très courtois. Situé à l’entrée du bazar et du château, hôtel fraîchement rénové avec goût. Un excellent choix.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Parking is available only on the street, but the hotel makes the process smooth by providing clear Google Maps directions. They even offer to pick you up if you have trouble finding the place, which is a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

Es war ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über das ganze Tal, Bett, Bad alles neu und sehr modern.
Der Besitzer spricht sehr gut Deutsch.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und typisch albanisch mit Eiern, Brot, Tomaten, Gurken, Schafskäse, einem großen süßen Nusshörnchen, Butter, Marmelade.
Man konnte im Restaurant auch essen, die Preise lagen leicht über dem normalen albanischen Niveau.

Cons:

Als wir die Burgbesichtigung beendet hatte, haben wir wie angegeben angerufen, damit wir abgeholt werden.
Es kam ein junger Mann, der uns durch die Straßen dirigierte. Der Parkplatz war dann nicht wie bei Booking. Com angegeben direkt vor dem Haus sondern einen steilen Weg unterhalb. Diesen musste ich dann mit einem kaputten Sprunggelenk nach oben bewältigen. Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht, weil ich die steilen Wege kenne und deshalb auf den Parkplatz daneben geachtet. Der junge Mann hat dann zwar mit dem Gepäck geholfen, aber leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass uns der Chef auch abgeholt hätte mit seinem Wagen. Dieser hat uns dann zumindest am nächsten Tag mit dem Gepäck zum Wagen gefahren.
