Can’t beat value for money , with luxury services!
Pros:

Was a great home for home . It’s got everything you need . We all love this beautiful house . Bed comfortable. Great we had our wee dog to stay , much better than having a hotel .

Très bel appartement au dernier étage d'un immeuble, magnifiquement décoré, très spacieux... et très bien équipé...
Accès au Tram à quelques pas de l'immeuble, ainsi qu'au Quartier de Leith...
Communication facile avec nos hôtes...

Cons:

Rien... Tout était parfait... Nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau dans cet établissement pour tout nouveau séjour à Edimbourg

Perfect dog friendly flat in Edinburgh
Pros:

Spacious, well equipped and contemporary furnished accommodation in walking distance to the best fish restaurants on The Shore and tram stop on the doorstep to Princes Street every few minutes.

Edinburgh break with family
Pros:

A luxury and spotlessly clean apartment in a great location, close to the tram to Central Edinburgh and close to Leith links park and waterways. Had a lovely stay with family for half term

Very lovely apartment in a great location. Could not fault it and would stay again.
Pros:

The facilities were lovely. The properties finishes were high quality and beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The smell in the fridge was quite intense and meant we couldn’t use it as every time it was opened, the room was filled with quite unpleasant smell.

The location of the hotel was good, but flat 1 too noisy to have a restful night.

Very Clean and well equipped.
Nice architectural features in the room.

Cons:

Drafty windows.The blinds and curtains tapped and moved in the draft. Cold windy night, and general maintenance needed. Bit shabby round the edges of paintwork
Ground floor location next to front door. Awake most of the night.
Very noisy with banging doors and other,guests coming and going next to my window/door. Needs soundproofing and soft close doors please.
Trams sounding claxton every five minutes on road outside at junction(necessary,I know, but very disturbing).My smartwatch told me I got 1he and,40mins sleep.
The thin cotton rug on the floor,was,a,slip hazzard.I rolled it up in the end.
Parquet floor tiles were loose and a trip hazard next to the bed.
No lamp ,light switch or plug near the bed. Overhead lights only, with switches at far end of the room,making getting back to the bed in the dark tricky,especially with slippy rug.
I would stay at the hotel again, but wouldn't stay in this particular room. Too noisy.
