Pros:

Nice and spacious, kitchen was stocked really well with equipment etc and bathroom also. Female sanity products available was also a plus!

Cons:

The bathroom sink taps aren’t great, hot and cold taps are outdated and the hot tap would get extremely hot very very fast, burnt myself and could only use the cold water when using the sink- same goes for the kitchen tap which was very loose and wobbly and would get very hot very fast. The shower was also loose and leaky and the pressure was quite low. The lighting in the apartment is also quite dim and seems darker due to the dark paint etc, it’s a nice vibe but a bit difficult sometimes. Unfortunately the apartments on the upper level (we was in 8) were very difficult to sleep in as the pigeons and seagulls would sit on the roof the entire night and make a lot of noise, woke up around 4am each day of the stay due to the noise. There’s also no air con or fan available so it gets very warm, and having the window open in the night is difficult because of the constant bird noises. Unfortunately wasn’t able to sleep well during the stay.

Pros:

Ein großes gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit guter Lage in der Stadt. Die Bahn ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt einen schnell in die Innenstadt. Es gibt eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Es gibt gute Restaurants, Breakfast Shops und Einkaufsläden die man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt leider ein Spiegel zum Rasieren. Eine Dusche anstelle einer Badewanne wäre wünschenswert.
Es ist zwar etwas umständlicher, aber im Grunde kein Problem gewesen.

Pros:

This property had lots of space and very high ceilings. The decor was very trendy and it was a nice space to hang out in. We loved the washing machine as we had to catch up on our laundry.!

Cons:

There was no drying rack in the room, and I had to contact the property. They brought it the next morning, but it would have been much nicer to have it when we checked in.

Mooi en compleet appartement in Edinburgh. Schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede communicatie via de mail m.b.t. informatie, sleutels etc.

Cons:

Appartement ligt op bovenste verdieping, alleen met trap bereikbaar.

Pros:

The apartment has a lot of potential and works well as a comfortable, standard place to stay in Edinburgh. It is a nice property overall with a lot of charm.

Cons:

Accessibility: We stayed on the top floor, which is a challenging climb. Since there is no lift, anything above the first floor is a bit of a trek if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties.

​Parking: Arriving by car can be tricky. The recommended parking wasn't usable due to local restrictions, which resulted in a much longer walk with our bags than expected.

​Maintenance: The property just needs a little TLC to truly match its "luxury" description. Some fixtures are quite loose (like the kitchen tap and the toilet seat), and the shower hose leaks a bit during use. Addressing these minor updates would easily elevate the experience.

Pros:

Localisation parfaite proche du centre et quartier dynamique avec super endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner en face . Décoration et équipement parfaitement soignés . Communication facile et réponse rapide aux questions .

Cons:

Nous avisons l’appartement 2 au Rez face à la ligne de tram et ce point n’a pas été mentionné donc cette unité est bruyante mais d’autres chambres sont en arrière et la cela aurait été parfait !

Location is perfect, but property needs some attention.
Pros:

Location was really good. Close to tram stop and near bars and cafes.

Cons:

Property was not smelling fresh/clean. Some of the fixtures and fittings were needing replaced (wobbly taps, bath plug not working, toilet flush broken (we fixed this).
Main thing was the smell (stale cooking smell in main living area and drains in bathrooms).
