The property was nicely decorated,cozy and very clean.
Nice, clean apartment in a great spot.
Fantastic location, tram to the centre 3 minute walk away, taking just 8 minutes and large park within 4 minutes. Very comfortable bed, TV with Netflix, Disney and Amazon at no extra cost, all the appliances, condiments, and items you can think of are available.

The only down side was I asked for an apartment to sleep 6 for a wedding (mine)

No heating turned on on arrival. 17 degrees in rooms when arrived with 2 small kids. Took time to hit up. On second night after returning fro outside, heating was off again, even though we left it on. Hot water runned out very quickly, room ages to reheat!!

Il quartiere dove si trova è molto bello ma considerare che è vicino al porto di Edimburgo, quindi ad una quindicina di minuti di macchina dal centro storico (ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi)
Super lokalizacja. Przystanek tramwajowy 3 min spacerem. Co najważniejsze jest to tramwaj, który jedzie bezpośrednio na lotnisko.

Vi bestilte til fire voksne, men det var kun en dobbeltseng. En måtte ligge på en matte som ble beskrevet som komfortabel, noe den absolutt ikke var. I tillegg er ikke sofaen en skikkelig sovesofa, og den er både for liten og ukomfortabel for en voksen. I realiteten tilbyr ikke leiligheten tilstrekkelig soveplass for fire voksne.

Viktige detaljer som påvirker komforten betydelig, bør kommuniseres tydelig før bestilling, ikke etterpå. Som gjester er det svært vanskelig å forstå den faktiske standarden på soveforholdene fullt ut før ankomst.
Av denne grunn synes vi at annonsen er misvisende. Uavhengig av informasjonen som ble delt etter bestilling, er leiligheten rett og slett ikke egnet for fire voksne gjester, og det er urimelig å forvente at én person skal sove på en madrass av dårlig kvalitet på gulvet.
A beautifully decorated, well located property with easy links to transport and amenities. It’s clear a lot of time and thought goes in to ensuring guests have a comfortable and stress free stay, as we had everything we needed and more! Sanitary products, ear plugs, vanity kits, cooking oil, tin foil, extra bedding, access to Netflix and Prime and even oregano to season our food. It was well worth the money paid and the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!
There was an awful smell coming from the bath plug but nothing some drain unblocker couldn’t fix! The check in instructions weren’t fully accurate either, as the flat name was misspelled slightly but it didn’t take us too long to figure it out.

We highly recommend this place! Great location, close to the tram, shops, and restaurants! Perfect transport to the Old Town. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The manager is helpful at all times and very kind! If we're ever in Edinburgh again, we'll definitely be back! Best regards!

I really loved the apartment! I stayed with 4 other friends and we really enjoyed our time. We were able to cook breakfast and had fun places around for dinner. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment.
Very nice hostess, beds were really nice! Stay for 6 was a bit overstated but they were really accommodating and provided another bed. Overall great experience!!
Was a great home for home . It’s got everything you need . We all love this beautiful house . Bed comfortable. Great we had our wee dog to stay , much better than having a hotel .
