Pros:

A very nice and modern place. Very comfortably and clean. Nice view and comfortably pool area that I think my kids would have loved.

Cons:

Check inn was suppose to be 3 PM, but was 10 minutes delayed. Not a big deal,

Jaco by the beach and the mountains.
Pros:

Condo was large and spacious. AC worked well. Kitchen and laundry facilities available. Host and Property Manager responsive.

Cons:

Property is showing signs of wear. Patio doors do not lock.
Pool not really great for active children.
Most residents are older and pool area is for relaxing and gathering with friends.

Fabulous and relaxing stay in a beautiful complex
Pros:

What a great place for a family holiday. The hosts were wonderful from beginning to end. They helped us book tours, which were so much fun and with reputable companies. We had the pool to ourselves most days, which was so peaceful. It is close enough to the town and beach to walk, but far enough away from the busy streets of Jaco. The apartment has everything you need to cook at home and lots of space to spread out if you feel like chilling with the TV or a book on the balcony. We had an unexpected power cut for around five hours (nothing to do with the owner) and he offered us a free night stay, without us even asking. We did not take it as it was out of his control, but the offer was appreciated and shows the lengths they would go to for guests.

Cons:

The only downside is the third bedroom does have the noise from the AC units directly outside the window. But that would depend how light a sleeper you are. There is a bit of noise from cars racing on the street very late at night, but again, nothing that really disrupts sleep a crazy amount. Generally the building was very quiet and people seem very respectful of this.
