Very bad and stressful.
Cons:

1. no towels in the room. 2. the person at the reception asked to pay in cash, despite the fact that we paid for the room in advance via booking.com. Luckily I had the payment confirmation with me so I didn't pay extra. However, it is very stressful when the staff tries to get additional payments that were not mentioned when making the reservation. 3. there is no sign or written hotel name on the building. 4. the hotel staff does not give us the bill.
