What an amazing place, highly recommend for a quiet and peaceful stay in a picturesque Italian village. Enjoy the excellent restaurants in Staffolo.
The room I had booked (with a panoramic view of the hills) was not ready when I arrived at 6 p.m. Instead, I was offered another, unsuitable room that in no way corresponded to the hotel pictures. The service was totally unreasonable that we were disappointed. So then a room with a view of the street, which was nice. The next day I woke up very sick, I kept throwing up and couldn't get up, so I wanted to book an extra night; also in another room. But I had to leave the room at 12, and I could barely walk. At least I was allowed to check out an hour later, at 12pm instead of 11am. When something like this happens to you, you wish you had friendlier support. I don't have good memories of the hotel and wouldn't recommend the hotel to a friend.

Very beautifully renovated. Clean rooms. Friendly and attentative staff which were highly helpful for a dinner recomendation and reservation.
For first time visitors an interesting challenge to find the entrance. One or two additional street signs may be helpful.

We have already stayed in Staffolo a number of times, but it was the second time in this hotel, we want to give it a second chance it's a beautiful building and spacious rooms. We did not use the SPA because it 's never talked about or given any little explanation.
The breakfast, it couldn't match any b&b we ever visited . Too expensive for what you get.

It's a bit sad that you react this way to comments we give. Maybe you can learn from doing things better. We are not alone in the comments we give, you have received them quite a bit. But instead, you shoot in defense and make an advertising list of how good you are. Sorry for that missed opportunity.
This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. The rooms are very clean, the beds are fairly comfy and the town goes silent at night, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The small spa features a small pool with jet streams and a sauna and we really enjoyed it also thanks to the current policy of allowing in one room at a time for a two hour slot. The hotel is run by Silvia, who is very nice, and her collaborator, Damiano, who is happy to advise on the best destinations around the hotel, depending on what you're interested in. Both will go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. Would definitely go back.

A very comfortable and nicely refurbished hotel where we felt well looked after. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and very functional. The staff were very helpful advising on local attrActions and restaurants and it was a great location with fabulous views. Unfortunately the spa was a bit limited - no massages available but then we didn’t book that in advance.
