Our property offers a premium resort experience that include access to exclusive amenities such as beach trolley and beach service for effortless relaxation, room service and gym facilities. The fees are $30 per night for stays of 1–6 nights, $25 per night for stays of 7–15 nights, $20 per night for stays of 15–29 nights, and $300 per month for stays of 30 nights or more, plus $10 per additional day beyond 30 days. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. These fees ensure you enjoy the highest quality services and amenities during your stay.

I really enjoyed staying in these apartments. The location is great — shops, the beach, and the bus stop are all within easy walking distance. The views from the windows are beautiful, and the security deposit was returned very quickly.
The only small downside is that the elevators can take a while. But honestly, it sometimes turns into a nice little moment to chat with neighbors while you wait 🙂
I stayed in several different units, and a few small improvements could make the stay even better. These are just friendly suggestions for the owners rather than real downsides. Some apartments were missing a full-length mirror and a toaster, and the knives were quite dull and could definitely be sharper. In others, there weren’t enough pots and frying pans for cooking.

Fun Hotel with a great vibe. Having the cafe Bistro on site was practical and staff were very friendly. Great location and the fact that there is a shuttle that takes you to the beach is a bonus. The only remark, which seems to be the same in most other hotels, is that the elevators take forever.
Being so close to the beach, welcoming, and nice staff, the shuttle, taking you to the beach and back with complementary chairs and towels

The bed was comfortable and the balcony was very large.
When we arrived we noticed a line for the elevator. Apparently, that was going to be a common theme the entire stay. Most elevators were full and people were actually arguing when someone tried to squeeze in. The wait times were unbearable. They even stopped working at one point. We paid a $30/night amenity for absolutely nothing. We could never get a beach or pool chair. Tried several different times. The cafe even charges an additional resort fee. For what? Waiting 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese? Our tub had a crack in it, and it felt like we were going to fall through the floor.

Reservé a nombre de otra persona, avisado en booking, y no la dejaron entrar sin que yo me presente.
Imposible conseguir el ascensor, poca capacidad para la cantidad de gente que hay.
Una lástima que booking se asocie con estos aribnb mediocres.

check in process was painful, we requested early check in, they said not available, their policy was 4 pm, not a minute before. we arrived at 10:30 due to ship departure and was made to wait, along with a lot of other people until exactly 4pm. Seemed they were more concerned with their policy than customer service, usually good hotels will make an effort.
Unit was run down, tired and dirty-did not feel comfortable the whole time there. also they only had two elevators for 30 floors and on two separate days, one of them was out of service. also there was beach chairs available but only 40 for about 500 condo units.-frustrating
The view was amazing pretty clean property great for a luxury feel without the extra tax
The property was great really no complaints but i wish we had access to the rooftop pool for photos
