Our property offers a premium resort experience that include access to exclusive amenities such as beach trolley and beach service for effortless relaxation, room service and gym facilities. The fees are $30 per night for stays of 1–6 nights, $25 per night for stays of 7–15 nights, $20 per night for stays of 15–29 nights, and $300 per month for stays of 30 nights or more, plus $10 per additional day beyond 30 days. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. These fees ensure you enjoy the highest quality services and amenities during your stay.

Disappointing. Will never come back.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place.
They're dishonest, and the staff is unprofessional.
NEVER AGAIN.

Cons:

They charge extra costs without writing it on Booking.
They hold the deposit for two weeks after leaving.
2 elevators for a highrise, one of which almost never functions.

° Al frente al un Walmart y se puede ir caminando

Creo importante señalar los siguientes puntos para considerar antes de tomar este alojamiento:
° Al Llegar cobran 30 dolares x dia y es obligatorio para los accesos a piscina y playa etc (Resort Fee) , si no vas temprano a la playa te quedas sin sillas reposeras y te quedas sin espacio en la parte del hotel. En la tarde la playa esta sucia, cascaras de narajanja, vasos, y basura, eso es lamentable
° No esta incluida la limpieza de la habitacion, no hacen las camas ni aseo diario
° Para solicitar toallas debes llevar las sucias tú mismo al lobby y te las cambian por limpias
° No hay telefono de conyacto al lobby, todo es mediante booking
° Es mejor bajar por la escalera, si te toca el 3er piso ya que tiene comp 30 pisos y el ascensor demora muchisimo al ir parando hasta llegar abajo
° No tiene parking gratis, en la reseña no deja claridad con esto y es otro costo adicional que se bede pagar al llegar (30 dolares diarios)
° No hay herbidor de agua

Good location, very clean

Cons:

Neither check-in staff nor host shared instructions or password for wifi. Although the space was very clean it was a bit musty. The resort fees were high relative to the benefits offered (especially if traveling for work).
