Our property offers a premium resort experience that include access to exclusive amenities such as beach trolley and beach service for effortless relaxation, room service and gym facilities. The fees are $30 per night for stays of 1–6 nights, $25 per night for stays of 7–15 nights, $20 per night for stays of 15–29 nights, and $300 per month for stays of 30 nights or more, plus $10 per additional day beyond 30 days. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. These fees ensure you enjoy the highest quality services and amenities during your stay.

Enjoyed my stay, would come back again. One oak restaurant/cafe staff was the best!
Pros:

Pools nice, location, and overall value. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Would be a last resort when I come back to Miami
Pros:

It was clean and close to some eating places as well as Walmart

Cons:

The elevator takes forever if you’re on a higher floor they ran out of tissue so we had to go purchase our own staff didn’t test you like you were paying guests

Cons:

Elevators, but they telling you about it in advance, so it’s fair. There was a dirty floor, but not a big deal. Nothing seriously bad about it, it was pretty good, we enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like anything about this ghetto place! I wouldn't recommend it due to when you get to the building they want a deposit of $250 when it should have been flat price when booking the room with security deposit added not waiting until the client arrives .

Pros:

The room was small, but it had all the accommodations, including a microwave, a coffee pot, and even a small one-pot stove with a pot. The room was clean, and the bathroom was actually pretty big. There was hot water and a detachable shower head. The balcony faced the inner courtyard between the hotels, so I was happy that we didn’t get all the car fumes from the side of the highway. The beds and room were clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The host was also very responsive, and the hotel itself is directly across from the beach (a 5-minute walk) and across from a Walmart, which is convenient for food.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com. The cheapest hotel that didn’t look extremely sketchy was this one, with a rate of around $150 a night. It’s right across from the beach, about a 5-minute walk. However, when I got to the hotel, they told me that since I didn’t book directly through their website and instead used a third party like Booking.com, I had to pay an additional fee that Booking.com does not list. It was about $30 extra per night (and I believe this price increases if you stay longer, around 5 days to a week). Now, this isn’t a terrible price, but I wasn’t made aware of it, and there was no way to avoid paying the fee. There is also a separate fee for leaving your car there, valet is about $30 a day. The wait for the car was about 15–20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient. Another thing is that the hallways smelled a little strange, and there was a humidifier constantly on next to our door, which was very loud. But that’s okay because it shows the hotel is trying to do something about it.
