The hotel is well located. It is a reasonable distance from the airport. From my room I had lovely views of Kigali. I enjoyed breakfast and the staff were available to assist whenever I needed anything that was not on the breakfast table.
I was not able to stay, I arrived at midnight after booking to stay the week, they informed that they had double booked my room and attempted to transfer me to a less desirable sister hotel (not in a convenient location, which is why I chose this hotel in the first place_, when I declined they attempted to charge me a cancellation fee. Super unprofessional
