Pleasant Stay
Pros:

I like how quiet it was and how I was able to check right in. The employees were kind and I had all I needed.

Cons:

I didn't like the washer and dryer wasn't working properly and I had to wait to receive my money back.

The room was decent

Cons:

The room was either too hot or too cold. Some things were falling apart in the room. Fridge didn’t work properly. Had to get new batteries for the tv remote. Shower didn’t work properly.

The family that runs it is precious !! Very sweet and helpful !!

Cons:

Someone running down the balcony in the middle of the night continuously, causing our dog to bark. We were also by the stairwell. We got 4 complaints of our dog barking snd jumping up and down from the bed, that's what they do when they feel someone else is close to our door. Staff handled it well though. 2 of our wall outlets were not functional but we managed

The bed was not the most comfortable in the world and it was not really clean either and the towels were stained and at 2:00 in the morning I was woke by people outside the door just standing there talking and laughing
