The unit is clean and has complete kitchen facilities. The property staff is very responsive.. Security is good within the building The workers, from the security guard to the reception as well as the other workers in the building are courteous and helpful. The location is great. You have Southwoods Mall nearby. There's also a 7-11 convenience store and a restaurant / coffee shop just beside the building. Overall, we had a great stay.

just the toilet smells like cigarette. just turn on the exhaust fan all the time.
Very convenient location. The owner responds promptly to messages and is easy to talk to.
The mattress is not very comfortable and the sofa bed is too low and soft to be used as a couch.
Jfam Suites exceeded our expectations again! This was our second time booking the unit, and the recent upgrades have made it even more comfortable and welcoming. Brian, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to address all our questions and requests. His staff even assisted us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!
