The property itself is beautiful. The reception area is nice with a lot of seating. The unit of the host is at the penthouse wherein you can have a nice view of the City.
The bed is nestled inside a small room. You will be able to touch with your foot the wall dividing the mini bedroom and the sala. But overall, the place is clean.
Очень уютно, есть вся необходимая посуда для самостоятельного приготовления завтраков, ужинов. Недалеко( можно доехать на три цикле) есть рынок морепродуктов. Внизу есть небольшой супермаркет. Отличный интернет.
Горячая вода чуть теплая. И нет ни покрывала, ни простынки чтоб ночью укрыться. Хотелось бы, чтоб хозяева добавили такую опцию. А еще не было постельного белья на диван для нашего ребенка. Хотя при бронировании я указывала 2 взрослых и ребенок.
The place was cozy, very convenient to stay at. Near convenience store (Alfamart) Very accessible to World Trade Center, Moa and even NAIA. The host was also very accommodating to all of my inquiries. Kudos for providing extra towels, snacks and coffee. Value for money! 😍

Comfortable, small apartment, perfect for two but a bit tight for three. Overall clean. Fully furnished, enough items to cook easy meals. Good location to reach the other districts of Manila.
We arrived on Sunday late at night (11:45 pm) and paid for the full day, which is totally fine. When we asked if it was possible to check out a couple of hours later because our return flight was very late at night and we were traveling with our 3 yo son, the host would have allowed it for extra money, which I honestly found rather unreasonable.
The apartment was very modern yet homely, it was very clean and the host was really helpful, really enjoyed my stay here :)

The space is immaculately clean and filled with a refreshing, pleasant fragrance. 10/10!💕
The compact space is optimally used. It was super clean and the kitchen had not only pots, pans, dishes and cutlery but also some basic ingredients like oil and spices. The host was friendly, responsive, smart and practical. She even managed to remotely teach me how to tackle a TV software problem.
The building is clean and in good shape and well-managed, check-in was quick and easy, and there were great views both from the apartment and from the lounge of the lower penthouse floor it is on.
Distance to the bayfront, nice restaurants or shopping is all a bit too far to walk. But calling a Grab is easy.
Unit is clean and spacious enough for 2-3 pax; nice view especially at night; very convenient, accessible and strategic location for business within Roxas Blvd - Buendia area.
