Staff let us stranded.
Pros:

Had drinking water fountain and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t organise a late check-in as they had said and so we couldn’t get into the building in the middle of the night. The staff never responded on booking.com messaging or on WhatsApp and we had the convince another guest to let us into the lobby. Fortunately, the key to our room had been left on the side so we did eventually make it into the room. Unfortunately, the room was dirty and had cockroaches.

A comfortable stay in the best location!
Pros:

Really good central location - close to all the main tourist attractions/areas in KL!
The check in was very smooth and the staff were all very polite.
The room was clean and had all you needed for a few nights stay in KL.

Cons:

The location is very central but this also means it is very close to the metro rails and so you will need ear plugs to drown that out if you need a sleep in.
The walls are very hollow as you can hear a lot of the people in the surrounding rooms.
