Leakage and sewage smell in first room, but new room offered was really nice and clean
Pros:

We got quickly got a new room offered after we complained about sewage smell and a leakage in our first room. The staff handled quickly on this and they were very friendly. I have to stress this: the new room was really comfortable, had a soft bed, was super clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

Our first room smelled like sewage and had a leakage in the roof. This was quite unhygienic. After complaining about this, we got offered a new room and we noticed there was quite a difference in layout and structure between some of the same-prized queen sized bed rooms. There where no electric kettles, only a shared water dispenser with hot water.

arrived around 6pm

the reception smells like a smoking room...
there was nobody there... called and waited for 30 minutes then i left

if the reception smells that bad i cant imagine how the room smell

Pros:

The reception staff (Karen and Mahmuda) were very friendly and always helpful! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe thanks to the reception staff. The room was also okay and quite quiet overall. My room was right next to the train tracks, so it was a bit noisy, but I received earplugs from the reception, which helped to reduce the train noise.

Pros:

My room on the 7th floor was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the linens were spotless.
The girls at the front desk were very helpful.

Staff let us stranded.
Pros:

Had drinking water fountain and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t organise a late check-in as they had said and so we couldn’t get into the building in the middle of the night. The staff never responded on booking.com messaging or on WhatsApp and we had the convince another guest to let us into the lobby. Fortunately, the key to our room had been left on the side so we did eventually make it into the room. Unfortunately, the room was dirty and had cockroaches.
