Cons:

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room stank of cigarettes when I arrived and it took over a day for that smell to fade. The rooms are right on the main road and next to a train track where trains run every five minutes from early in the morning. Both are extremely loud and make sleep virtually impossible. I was there for five days and at no point did anyone clean my room. The reception area stinks for some reason. Overall, terrible hotel.

The door was closed , we didn’t even get to get in , we called the number we stayed in the door for more then half an hour and they didn’t open the door for us when we had a booking and they approved it

1. Required extra pillows but not provided
2. Told about d tv not in function, no action was taken
no innasirive to changed d room
3. Rooms lights were not in function as well
4. D key which was in d key card also can't be used &
if incase emergency couldn't opened d door, I'll
definitely stuck outside of d room
5 Water doesn't flow well in waahroom
6. Table light also not funtioning
7. I waa really dissapointed as when I informed d
receptiionist a foreigner guy couldn't be bothered &
not concerned about My complaints.This is d issue
if hired foreigners whom doesn't know d feeling of
locals. I asked for d Hotel Manager's contact no but
wasn't given. D foreigner guy receptionist akjed Me
to complaint to booking.com. I've also lodged an
official complaint to Ministry of Tourism, Art &
Culture, MOTAC.

Pros:

The service for the price is excellent, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. I dealt with Pushpa, and she was dedicated to her work and extremely kind

Cons:

Please provide a solution to soundproof the windows, as the noise from passing trains is very disturbing
