Viele unsaubere Stellen überall, Zimmer sehr klein, Betten recht hart und Bettdecke sehr dünn. Es kam rüber als wurde der Fokus auf was anderes gesetzt..

Hôtel situé près d'une rue commerçante mais assez loin du métro. Personnel à l'écoute, mais pas plus. Très bruyant. Il fait dire que les autres clients ne respectent pas les autres. J'ai même entendu un vélo dans le couloir. Qui tolère ça !?! Chambre assez petite. Pas de petit déjeuner.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

Even though this might not be a big luxury hotel and may be rated two or three stars, I truly believe that what makes a hotel great is not the size or the facilities — it’s the service and the people working there.

The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Yes, the rooms were a little small, but everything was comfortable and pleasant.

What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff.

I would especially like to mention Korin. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations, answered every single question we had, and was always there for me and my family. She truly went the extra mile.

I would also like to thank Aimson from the morning shift. He was equally helpful, very friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His recommendations and support made a real difference.

These two team members made our stay unbelievably great. They represent what true hospitality is about.

Thank you very much — it was a great pleasure staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Yes it’s comfortable and convenient location close to train station and shops
Pros:

The staffs are friendly and the room has been cleaned daily

Cons:

I did booked non-smoking but twice I could smell cigarettes smoke so could be from neighbours smoking
