Perfect location and good environment
Pros:

Service was better than where we originated from..response was reallly helpfull and friendly. With friendly smile assistance from Ainee and the team, too good. I prefer to come and stay in that hotel again in future.

Wouldn’t stay in the hotel another time I visit Singapore
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

The location was disappointing. Quite far away from the main attractions, located in a red light district, wasn’t pleasant to walk to the hotel at night.
Room is extremely tiny, i knew that from the reviews, but still wasn’t ready for such a size

Necessity not really there
Cons:

From The booking, the pictures different from what I booked. There's no fridge to store cold drinks. This the first time hotels with no fridge. Newly renovated, but toilet was quite small and cramp.

Location not great as it’s a shady place at night
Pros:

The rooms and bathroom are spacious and good

Cons:

Everything was good about the property except the front desk the girl made me wait for almost 35 minutes while there were no customers. After a tired day I had to just sit there waiting for her confirmation. So horrible service
