The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

During my stay, there’s some construction work was going on which leads loud noise during the day. And some guests are not following the rule as some yelling sound is coming after 10pm.

Well, we can't say much more other than that we liked this hotel we came back and stayed a second time.
The staff, Jey, Aimee and Haffiz to name a few were excellent.
On our first visit I forgot my wallet with all our Thai money. I called the hotel and informed them what had happened and when we got back everything was there just as I had left it.

Cons:

The mattress being a little hard for our liking.

Pros:

Everything all right, hotel fulfilled expectations but unfortunately my room smelled of cigarettes so badly that i have to mention it. Staff sprayed some air freshener there but it did little help. Otherwise everything good as i said.

Overall a surprisingly good Hotel!
Pros:

Clean and really quiet room. Beds were very good. Location is very convenient: close to Aljuned MRT station. Easy to travel from Changi AirPort. Special thanks to Ainee.
