Modernes sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr sauber. Alles total modern und gemütlich. Auf Wunsch haben sie das Zimmer geschmückt, das fand ich sehr sympathisch und toll. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Freundliche Grüsse.

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, aber der Umgang mit Kundenanfragen könnte deutlich besser sein.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat mir gefallen und die Zimmer wirken gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Kundenservice war für mich enttäuschend. Bei einem Problem mit meiner Reservierung wurde mir leider nicht weitergeholfen und es wurde keine Lösung angeboten. Ich hätte mir mehr Verständnis und Unterstützung gewünscht.
