Easy to get food due to food stall and restaurant near by. Surau for Muslim prayer also near.
Place is back area of shop lot.
eventhough it is name budget but it is good. and feel safe for women. aircond, hot water function well. but the water pressure bit slow. and i hope there is better quilt. the mattress just ok, dont expect much

sparkling clean, friendly staff. Downstairs got hawker stall, easy to grab something to eat. Got 24H dobby nearby, can wash our hiking cloth before heading back to KL.

Easily access location, where shops, petrol station, food stalls & laundry are nearby to the hotel area. More to say, it's convenient & comfortable.
There are a few drawbacks in the facility that could be improved in the coming days to equalise the value of the money paid for the stay.
