Pros:

I like the location, very close to the mall of Asia and the owner and staff are quite friendly.

Cons:

The extra charges were not so clear to me. I was surprised arriving at the properties with these extra charges. And you have to pay also if you wish to use the facilities like the swimming pool which is also not clear when you book the room. No warm water to shower, there’s only one sheet while we were with 3 and kitchen utensils are also lacking, no knives and cutting board for example. The WiFi signal on our last day went out which is very annoying especially it was raining all day and we could only stay in the room and watch tv but yeah no internet so no Netflix or cable tv as well.

Pros:

The direct location to the Mall of Asia (10 minutes on foot) and to the bus terminals 5 Star and Victory Liner.
Reception staff were friendly but seemed bored. Still very helpful.
The room is sufficient to stay overnight after a long flight from Europe.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. In the price range that is a little above "low budget" I have definitely seen better.
The furniture has had better days.
