I regretted booking here!
Pros:

None the worse hotel ever!

Cons:

Everything, the room smells like shit and unclean! I told room service need clean my room they said yes tmr and tmr never never clean and I left the hotel.

Excellent
Pros:

I stayed at Swing & Pillows @ Sri Petaling for 8 days and 7 nights, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. The hotel offers great value for money, and I even received a discount when booking through Booking.com.

The room facilities were exactly as shown in the pictures — complete and comfortable. The air-conditioning was cold, the Smart TV came with Netflix and YouTube, and the free WiFi worked well. Just outside the room, there was a hot & cold water filter and an iron provided, which was very convenient.

The surrounding area has plenty of food options (mostly Chinese cuisine), with Speedmart right next door, plus FamilyMart, KFC, Zus Coffee, McDonald’s, Mixue, and many more nearby. Malay food or mamak restaurants are a bit farther — reachable by motorcycle, but quite tiring on foot. If you’re driving, parking can be difficult during peak hours; I once spent over an hour searching. There is a paid multilevel parking building directly opposite the hotel, but the rates are a bit high.

The hotel staff were friendly and always smiled whenever I passed the front desk. If you have any questions or issues, you can approach them and they will try to resolve it quickly. And a big thanks to MALIHA/TAMANNA for resolving my problems at the hotel.

Since this area is a Chinese-majority neighbourhood, it might feel a bit unfamiliar for Malays walking around, but no worries — everyone here has been kind and respectful.

Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended. 👍✨

1:满意的地方是，员工连英文、国语都不太会说,
2:满意的地方是，我出去吃饭回来的时候大门锁住里面没有人员工不懂跑出去哪里，连电话号码都写错，害我等了那么久。
3:满意的地方是，进到房间又有一股臭味好彩我带香水。
4:满意的地方是，厕所的冲凉水都没有水等了1个小时左右，是有水但是那个水是冲不了洗澡，水又小，厕所灯又是坏的，跟员工说她又不清楚，又听不懂，都不知道你们是如何请人的？
5:满意的地方是，明知这间房间有问题了，还让我们住，都不能换另外一间房间吗？这么简单的问题难道都不可以换吗？

Nothing was done despite a complaint was lodged on the same day.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is good and very convenient. However, my stay (the guest we booked for) was disappointing due to a faulty iron that burned my dress, which was frustrating. Considering the price paid, we expected better maintenance, especially for a hotel marketed as budget. Some improvement in maintenance would make a big difference.

Broken outlet. 2 outlet and both are not working. Asked the front desk and they said will get maintenance to check but no maintenance for the whole stay.
