Nothing was done despite a complaint was lodged on the same day.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is good and very convenient. However, my stay (the guest we booked for) was disappointing due to a faulty iron that burned my dress, which was frustrating. Considering the price paid, we expected better maintenance, especially for a hotel marketed as budget. Some improvement in maintenance would make a big difference.

Cons:

Broken outlet. 2 outlet and both are not working. Asked the front desk and they said will get maintenance to check but no maintenance for the whole stay.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly as well (Ms Maliha). Would recommend this hotel for a short stay

Cómodo si necesitas estar cerca de la estación de bus.
Pros:

La calle donde está es interesante, si vas con adolescentes. (o te gusta el mundillo "friki") Para nuestro objetivo que era una noche de tránsito fue perfecto, por ubicación (cerca de la estación de autobuses) y a buen precio.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, in particular Maliha who welcomed us warmly. Accommodation is basic but good value for money, worth noting it is a windowless room but functional for 1 night stay.
