I never stayed but couldn’t cancel my reservation I get there pool and hot tub out of order I was there due to a domestic violence incident but had to go to a different hotel and you still charged me

I don't recommend it it was clean and cozy but it was loud and noisy

Cons:

It was loud and obnoxious all night long they had me on the first floor by the desk people was making all kinds of noise and kept me and my girlfriend up all night and the price was way overrated for the noise I had to deal with I feel like I should get some of my money back

Could have been better!
Pros:

We stayed in the Queen suite which was very roomy. The night manager was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

For $217 a night, we got no breakfast, the pool had been broken for 5 months, at bedtime we had to have our sheets swapped out because there was black rubbery particles on the white sheets and the recliner was covered in black tar.

Staff was super friendly, customer service was excellent. However the pool and hot tub have been out for 6 months and the listing on Expedia was not updated with that information. Snacks and drinks were very overpriced and there was no complimentary breakfast at all.

Really old and grungy. I would not stay there again.

It's pretty rundown. There was a bath towel still hanging on the back of the door when we entered the room. Must have been missed by the housekeeper. That was disgusting. A lot of the cabinetry was peeling in the bathroom. It was just pretty grungy and old. I would not stay there again.
