La gentillesse du personnel et leur collaboration.
L'hôtel à l'intérieur : l'extérieur n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qui est proposé une fois dans le hall d'entrée : c'est très bien.
Les équipements et la taille de la chambre.

Une douche (et non, une baignoire) et des produits de toilette proposés.

j'ai été prélevée deux fois du montant des chambres réservées , j'en ai averti le jour même la personne de la réception gentille mais inexpérimentée. j'ai du rappeler 3 fois l'hôtel pour avoir la bonne marche à suivre alors que l'erreur vient d'eux et 8 jours plus tard je ne suis pas encore remboursée ......
Het is een super locatie om te stoppen met rijden de volgende dag.
Maar… achter het plooibed lag een hoop stof en haren. Verder zagen we ook veel haren op de lakens liggen.
We hebben vrij goed gegeten.
Toen we nadien nog iets gingen drinken, hoorden we een conversatie naast ons tussen een werkneemster en (denken we) een andere werknemer over welke nationaliteiten die avond gepasseerd waren en hoe moeilijk het wel was om het “Engels” van de Nederlanders te begrijpen. Ook hoeveel Belgen, Scandinaviërs er geweest waren… en de Russen… no comment. Normaal gezien zou ik dit niet schrijven, maar als fan van hospitality vind ik dit niet kunnen. Ik was al blij dat er maar enkele Belgen geweest waren, dus geen commentaar over hen.
– Ik zocht een wondpleister voor een wonde die ik tijdens mijn vakantie opliep. Ik moest wachten tot de dame achter de bar vrij was; ze liep ook even weg.
– Toen we na het eten nog een drankje wilden drinken, was de dame achter de bar twee koffies aan het schenken, maar ze nam ook de tijd om mensen achter de balie naar hun kamer te brengen en keerde daarna terug om op haar telefoon verder te scrollen (duidelijk zichtbaar voor ons). Toen we vroegen tot welk uur de bar open was, zei ze wel 23u, maar ze kon ons eigenlijk niet verder helpen en was zichtbaar blij om weer naar haar rustige onthaal te gaan. Een collega nam het over.
– Nadien, tegen 23u, was het FULL HOUSE aan de balie. Mensen moesten 45 minuten wachten om ingecheckt te worden… op dat uur!
