I would stay there again. I loath booking.com at the best of times, so when I find a place, I go back to it rather than endure disappointment trying elsewhere. Either that or I book 1 night to check it out 1st, then add on if its good.
This place has it's own style, which I like and it's conveniently located for what I wanted. I like the bungalows, and the bathroom is spotless, huge and designer organic in style.
There is singing front and back; the back you don't hear as the bathroom door shuts the noise out, however, the house opposite has a karaoke fetish. I was trying to watch a film one evening when she started, and I felt like I had to sit through a party that I wasn't invited to! It was 8.20 pm, and apparently she stops at 10pm, so i said to the owner that it's not on. I got a headache trying to listen to my film and have her drowning out my entire private space. The owner acted and in fairness to them, they stopped, immediately, so you can't ask for better than that.
That said, I never understand why they have to sing so selfishly loud. The world might not want to listen, someone may be ill, dying even, or needing their sleep. Vietnams Achilles Heel!
My only other wonder was on arrival, when I went to sit on the loo I slid off WITH the seat. It wasn't at all fixed to the porcelain, lol. Surely the cleaner would notice that when lifting it to clean. When I lifted it, the whole thing came off in my hand, so I cant fathom how it got to that stage without someone saying something. No big deal though, he came in and fixed it, hand tight, as with everything in Vietnam.
Pillows, too thick for me, but others may be ok with it.

Home rất sạch sẽ , anh chị chủ rất thân thiện. Mình đặt phòng bé nhưng hôm mình đến do còn trống phòng to nên chị chủ đã nâng hạng phòng cho mình miễn phí. Phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh được xây riêng bên ngoài, làm cho phòng ngủ trở nên thoáng hơn , không bị mùi. Vị trí của home khá thuận tiện, đi đến các điểm check in như bãi đá ông địa, làng chài mũi né cũng khá gần. Một điều nữa, siêu thích ở home là có bé cún khá yêu và quấn người 😂😂. Nếu quay trở lại Mũi Né lần tới mình sẽ ghé home tiếp ~
1. The hotel is small, simple but not lacking of the relaxing feeling of a resort. The walking path is set up very nice, green and relaxing (I'm impressed). The rooms are located along the walking path with modern, simple and clean furnitures. I like the pictures or different wall decorations in the rooms.
2. The toilet and bathroom are set up clever and unique out of the air-conditioned bedroom, giving the feeling of out door space but it is actually covered and ensure privacy . I really like this set up.

1. The phone number provided is no longer in service. Booking service should update the hotel's contacts.
2. There was only our car in the yard, so it was easy to park in the yard. However the alley leading to the hotel's gate is quite small. It will be trouble if 2 cars travel opposite ways at the same time in the alley. We had to move very slow and carefully through 2 parking motorbikes on two sides. We were lucky that a kind person helped us to move the motorbike which blocked our way.
Great boutique hotel that makes you feel like you live there. It’s nice you can just walk into your room. The staff are super friendly and they always try and help with anything. They also kindly cover my bike everyday from the sun :)
The room cleaning is also flexible and is always just done whenever I’m not in the room.
The room was super modern and I liked the outdoor bathroom concept.
All the staffs was very helpful and friendly, they have the laundry service as well.
Room was nice, everything is clean, bed was comfy. Spacious shower area. Worth the value. Highly recommend.

toilet need to cover by curtain if not can exposed to outside, not so friendly for group of friends
