The staff were lovely and welcoming but didn’t explain breakfast times or check out. The hotel itself is very grand and the rooms are large and modern. The rooms could have been cleaner, a few dead wasps and flies when we arrived.
Beautiful hotel, stunning rooms, fantastic food and lovely staff. Super dog friendly and extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. All of the staff are more than happy to help with any queries.
Nothing. We had some small trouble connecting to the internet in our room but this was resolved instantly and we were moved to a new room. Super helpful staff

Spa wasn’t open
The food in both the bar and restaurant was very good. Excellent selection of wines and spirits. Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was also lovely and had recently been upgraded. Huge bed!
Although we were warned that there was construction work going on to renovate the Spa, we did not realise that our room would be overlooking the works. These were at times noisey and even went on Sunday morning! Glad we didn't want a long lie!

It was very warm weather and the room was like an absolute sauna, but the staff sorted us out with another room which was much cooler. Nothing was a bother to them!!
