An Exceptional Stay
Pros:

I had such a fantastic experience at Swing & Pillows that my planned two-night stay quickly turned into an extended visit! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It's tucked away in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful and restful stay, yet it's still conveniently located for getting around.

What really made this hotel shine was the staff. Most of the team are incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering a smile and a hand with whatever I needed. I especially want to commend Sajid Matthew and Azue, they were truly amazing. They went above and beyond, helping me with everything and making my entire stay effortless and enjoyable. Their exceptional service is a major reason I extended my time here.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that offers comfort, a quiet environment, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Swing & Pillows - KL Sg Besi. I can't wait to return!

Cons:

The hotel itself could definitely benefit from some renovations to refresh the appearance and update some facilities. However, this didn't detract too much from my overall comfort, and it's something that can be overlooked given the great value and fantastic staff service.

this is my 4th time i stay here for this year. But to count, more than that because i stayed here since the hotel known as UPAC hotel. Now SWING AND PILLOW. The male indian staff already knows me and husband. And i can confirmed that ! Will repeat more and hope can upgrade our room🙏😂 . We just stay here as a stopover and will check out on early morning. The place is no near to my working place, so that husband can drive easily on the next morning. Recommend to stay here okie ! ✨
