Overall I have nothing bad to say about the property , I love that it’s roach free for one. And I love that all the staff for the most part make you feel welcomed .
The only thing I did not like was an incident that happened that had absolutely nothing to do with me or my dog, but yet the day manager with having the footage to look over accused me of letting my dog poop on the property and me not pick it up. I even mentioned to my girlfriend that night while walking “watch them accuse me of leaving those “ and pointed to the dog poops that were already on the property parking lot. Sure enough the next day I was questioned about me leaving my dogs droppings and when I responded that I have been picking up every single dropping my dog makes the manager responded “are you sure ?” So I asked to look at the cameras again and he’ll see my dog didn’t even poop in the area where the poop was found. I was literally going to lose my deposit and possibly be DNR. And the only thing the manager said was “ let me see if we can see a different angle” I never heard back from the manager and I never received an apology to this day . It didn’t seem to matter to the manager how much he could’ve affected my life with that accusation. That was my only issue.
The stay was ok
Some guest were to loud in the swimming pool area at 10-11pm and
the person on top floor stomped as he walked at 1-3 am .
Nice staff and location. Rooms were clean. No cockroaches that I could see. Property was well maintained and clean also.
Our room was far from the stairs, so a slight pain to get our things to the room, but no big deal.
This was an extention of our previous reservation. They were kind enough to let us move our things from one room to the next without making us clear the room first. This room was right next to our parking that made things very convenient.
No complaints.
