המקום היה נקי ומסודר, לא היה חסר כלום, בעל הדירה אדם מאוד נחמד ונעים, עזר לנו בכל שאלה והיה סבלני, לא הייתה בעיה למצוא חניה, המיקום של הדירה גם קרוב לים ובקיץ זה יתרון, אין ספק שנחזור שוב.

Not as anticipated, not as viewed before ordering the stay.
Pros:

Good location though should be stated that the entry to the building is through building and dumpsters, and that the road that the building is on, is under construction.

Cons:

The construction on the road, the acoustics of the apartment was terrible - people next door were really loud and kept doing a party with load music at bad times.
There wasn’t hot water in shower at certain times.

Je recommande complètement.
Pros:

Nous avons loué l’appartement du 5eme étage, spacieux, bien agencé et surtout très calme malgré les travaux sur Ben Yehuda. Le personnel est disponible et très agréable. Très beau balcon.

Cons:

Porte de la salle de bain qui se ferme mal. Armoire de la chambre un peu vieille.

La proximité du lieu avec la plage. La grande gentillesse de Schlomi le manager et la terrasse du roof-top.

Cons:

Pros:

Very clean, well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. There is ongoing construction to Ben Yehuda Street, they are installing a street car and the street is a construction zone. Noise was minimal but not what I expected to see every day. Other than that it is a great property, everything you need is steps away...including the beach.

They had great air conditioning, we found a very good kosher restaurant, the beach was in walking distance.
