Wonderful experience
Pros:

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel, the staff, and especially the spa and massages have been absolutely perfect. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here.

Good simple accommodation
Pros:

Good position, clean, good facilities. Breakfast was simple but good enough wee selection to start the day.
Don't expect luxury but if you are there for the beach and want to keep the budget low this is a good option. I stayed there for 5 nights with partner and a kid.

Cons:

Some part of the hotel are a little run down, some bits were not working but not a deal breaker, AC was not working but we had a nice fan in the room which was appreciated.

Positiv überrascht
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer zur Straße in der 5. Etage. Von der Baustelle im Nachbarhaus haben wir sehr wenig mitbekommen. Es war definitiv nicht störend. Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, hatte aber alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Strandbesuch und auch, um per Grab z.B. nach Sunset-Town zu fahren. Uns hat auch das Frühstück sehr gut geschmeckt, da wir Pho lieben und zusätzlich noch ein paar andere Gerichte zur Auswahl standen, die täglich wechselten.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraums ist etwas lieblos gestaltet und sollte ggfs. renoviert werden. Auch sind die Reinigungskräfte sehr ungeduldig und stürmen fast das Zimmer. Es fehlt insgesamt ein wenig Herzlichkeit und Liebe für´s Detail.

Excellent service, friendly staff, always willing to help with everything. Accommodation is very nice, we definitely recommend to make a reservation at Ann hotel. Close to the beach and additionally its for a good price. Location is absolutely great, Khem beach is one of the best beaches we have ever seen 🫶👌

Piacevole soggiorno nel sud di Phu Quoc
Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottima per godersi Khem Beach e girare per la zona sud dell'isola. Le camere sono spaziose, ben attrezzate e con arredamento semplice e pratico. Lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale. Il massaggio ai piedi offerto con la camera è stato il migliore fatto in Vietnam.

La colazione è buona e varia ma risponde ad un gusto più locale

Пляж недалеко. Очень маленький номер на двоих. Даже не было втотого стула. Столик малюсенький. В номере не было ни окон ни балкона... это все портило. Как в мешке.
