Hotel wyróżnia się czystością, dbałością o estetykę i detale. Ładne otoczenie wewnątrz i basen. Restauracja urządzona gustownie, w nowoczesnym stylu, a dania serwowane są w elegancki i estetyczny sposób. Mimo sporej liczby pokoi hotel zachowuje kameralną atmosferę.

Cons:

Ceny w restauracji są dość wygórowane w porównaniu z pobliskimi lokalami. Choć śniadania są smaczne, 450 tys. VND za osobę to sporo. Nawet uwzględniając wystrój. Podobnie piwo za 115 tys. VND nie różni się od tego dostępnego w innych miejscach za 35–40 tys. VND.

Amazing Sapa stay

The hotel was recently renovated, looks clean and new. The room was clean, big, renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were simply amazing! They helped with every single request of mine to the full extent.

Unser Aufenthalt im The Myst Sapa Resort war rundum wunderschön. Das Resort liegt ruhig am Hang, etwas abseits des Trubels, und dennoch erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in nur etwa fünf Gehminuten. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und die Stadt.

Auch das Personal möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Claudia möchten wir für ihre herzliche und aufmerksame Art danken. Sie war bei Fragen immer für uns da und hat sich auch Zeit für persönliche Gespräche genommen, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und können das The Myst Sapa Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Claudia und das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Alles war perfekt – von der schönen Unterkunft bis hin zum unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die liebe Rezeptionistin Ruby. Sie hat sich wirklich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei der Organisation unserer Weiterreise unterstützt. Dank ihr haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Ein solch persönlicher und aufmerksamer Service ist wirklich etwas Besonderes!
Wir können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass eine Steckdose in einem unserer beiden Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. Das hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

A fabulous and peaceful mountain retreat
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean, the staff were extremely friendly, approachable and they cared. The property has great views of Sapa Lake and the location is so handy for the town. The hotel had been recently modernised and it looked very very good as a result.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was fantastic.
