Pros:

Oceanfront rooms overlook the boardwalk, during the night and early morning there are lot of people passing by talking and making noise and early morning there a lot of dogs barking, for a quite experience request interior rooms away from the noise. other than that, the hotel is in a great location, staff are great, the rooftop pool is excellent to lounge and watch the beach etc. The parking is a little difficult with no onsite parking, make to contact the hotel 30 minutes before you arrive so they can direct you to the parking lot. The town is beautiful with some amazing restaurants; there is the walk to the top of the hill overlooking the beach with the fort, the water is so clear for swimming, snorkeling, we took a boat trip along the coast, and it was amazing.

Cons:

noise from boardwalk during the night & early morning, the offsite parking. this is not a deterrent to staying at this hotel, the views are amazing and you will be in the center of the town.

Great new hotel in town, with lovely staff and a cool atmosphere
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and attentive. They were helpful when we arrived a bit early for check in, held our bags for us so we could explore the town and helped us organise massages and time at the spa. They even surprised us with an early check-in which was much appreciated. The rooms are simple but well designed and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The common spaces (lobby, patio, rooftop with pool) were all lovely, and a nice calm space away from the busy town in August when you wanted some time to chill. The spa was also surprisingly large and well designed - would definitely recommend trying to book some time in there.

Cons:

We had one dinner in the hotel and 2 lunches. The food was hit and miss. The steak was great, but some of the simple items like a pasta dish or a burger were underwhelming for the price. We had better meals out of the hotel, so it's our only thing we'd like to see improved.

Bonito hotel como personal muy amable pero con problemas de temperatura

Precioso hotel en la misma playa. Destacaría la amabilidad del personal de recepción y restauración

Cons:

Me parece increíble que hoy en día no pueda regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado de mi habitación. Hay que pedir en recepción que lo suban o bajen, en mi caso quería ponerlo a 25 grados pero me dijeron que era imposible. Solo pude ponerlo y quitarlo constantemente para no congelarme con lo cual no pude dormir.

Nos encantó todo en general, la ubicación perfecta, la atención de 10 y las instalaciones difícil de mejorar

Cons:

uno de los puntos que nos hizo decantar al mirar opciones fue que se anunciaba en Booking que no admitían mascotas, para nosotros en importante ya que mi pareja tiene severa alergia. El segundo día en la misma planta que nosotros entró una pareja con un perro, eso nos sorprendió negativamente.

Otro punto es que ese hotel con las instalaciones que tiene no disponga de parking con cargadores para coches eléctricos.

Beautifully Renovated Gem With Great Amenities and a Few Cleanliness Concerns

The hotel is amazing—beautifully renovated and truly feels like a gem, especially in such a touristy city. Our balcony was advertised as a city view, but it actually offered a lovely partial ocean view as well, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast is excellent, and the pool is particularly refreshing; even on the weekend it never felt overwhelming or too busy.

Cons:

in my first day, I reported finding long hair on the shower wall, and it was never addressed. Even after housekeeping serviced the room, the hair remained there, despite my multiple reports to the front desk. None of the guests in my party have long hair, which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining the room.
