Pros:

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff were amazing.

Cons:

The room is hot in the evenings due to no air flow. It rained a lot during my stay, which I believe was the cause for the upstairs bathroom smelling musky all day. I would stay here again.

Pros:

The apartment is spacious and has the essentials. The terrace is great for relaxing in the nice afternoon sun. The location is quiet and convenient to a Walmart and restaurants. The staff is fantastic and accommodating.

Cons:

Due to it being a top floor and getting a lot of sun in the afternoon/evening, the top level does get warm. The fans in the apartment did help circulate the air to make it a little more comfortable

Lugar agradable, pero pregunta todo antes.
Pros:

La idea de rentar este lugar fue por que tenía 3 cuartos y 3 baños. El espacio, y que estaba relativamente cerca de av presidente y del museo de Antropología.
Me gustó que la cocina estuviera equipada y que tuviera lavadora. Además de que habían varias Toallas para cada persona.
El acceso seguro y fácil.
Camas cómodas.
El lugar es bastante amplio y seguro.

Cons:

No me gustaron 3 cosas nada mas.

1.No me gustó que al llegar uno de los baños estuviera fuera de servicio (ducha y baño), al rentar el lugar no lei por ningun lado ese detallazo. La idea de rentar el lugar era para estar comodamente instalados con 1 cuarto para cada pareja y con su baño. Pagamos más caro para tener ese lujo, por que habían otros lugares más cómodos de precio con 2 baños y al final obtuvimos los mismos 2 baños.

2.No me gustó que el último día había fiesta justo al lado del edificio donde estábamos y la bulla fue extrema y las regulaciones o leyes de este lugar Polanco, no ayudan, dejan que las fiestas terminen hasta media noche e inclusive más si sacan permiso. Las 2 primeras noches todo bien, pero de sábado a Domingo, la bulla fue horrible.

Y por último los descuentos se dan en el momento, no es nada agradable que te digan, te damos un descuento en tu próxima visita (saber Dios si voy a tener la oportunidad de volver) por los inconvenientes. A los clientes se les debe de dar descuentos en el momento, por que el futuro es incierto. Un dueño sabe que un cliente feliz y bien cuidado vuelve y recomienda, pero cuando te dicen te damos un descuento en tu próxima estadía, eso no vale de mucho.

Large two story apartment with a few nice immensities but noisy for Polanco.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were nice.
Easy walk to shopping and food. Nice outdoor space (see comments on furniture).
Local staff and distant staff were responsive. Large apartment on two levels. Stairs have no handrail. You enter the apartment on the second level and the bedrooms are on the floor below. Upper floor gets warm-hot during the day if it’s warm outside.

Cons:

Noisy location with street traffic on one side and the other side of the apartment building is a 24 hour a day electric car rental facility. Master bedroom was reasonably quiet.
Apartment needed deeper cleaning. Area carpets need to be disposed of and replaced. Couch was somewhat comfortable but the off-white fabric was dirty. Sinks in the bathrooms need to be bleached as there’s mold. Limited kitchenware.
Outdoor furniture was broken and parts that were useable were small wood slatted seating. Not meant for eating on the patio.

All great will use it again when return to Mexico City and already recommended to friends
Pros:

Location was great for us, Alfredo the guy in charge of the entrance was awesome, great personality, very helpful

Cons:

The only thing we have to say, ( no complaint ) it would have been great if air conditioner was available but fans were available so made things no as bad.

Buena ubicación muy mal servicio
Pros:

Buena ubicación y comodo. Desafortunadamente, la comunicación con Wynwood muy mala. Primero nos hicieron esperar como 20 minutos para poder entrar, las indicaciones de internet claves de acceso no fueron claras o estaban erradas. el calentador de agua no servía. A las 7:42 de la mañana se les avisó y dieron una medio solución a la 8 de la noche. Pero siguió sin funcionar bien.
