The room was spacious , nice padio

Cons:

Common areas not clean, pool and are not looked after,staf accept the night shift all sitting at guests table, staff children in pool and arround common area and more. Issue was apparently brought up when I was there by someone. The pool area is small and when staff children and staff occupy the area it puts a strangle on the guest to enjoy the facility.I was also sent a message which wasn’t supposed be sent to me and the manager apologized but no one from Bookings.com. I sent a message you should have on file nobody responded. I was told by my friends to contact Bookings.com to ask for refund but I taught since the issue was brought up some changes will happen never did.I don’t think i have enough space for all i need to prescribe but this should sum up.

Pesimo el servicio , se fue la luz en muchas ocasiones y no servia el aire acondicionado ni el ventilador , el calor era insoportable, no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación , el segundo dia tambien la luz fue muy inestable

La distribución está muy bien pensada. Y la arquitectura es hermosa

Cons:

Pensé que había que tocar timbre apenas llegué, llegué tarde y esperamos un rato afuera. Tenía dudas si era ahi pprque no había un cartel. Igual estaba abierto siempre.

FRUSTRATING PLACE. BEAUTIFUL BUT UNLOVED, UNCLEAN and UNKEMPT!
Pros:

Architecturally it is a gem with a lovely pool and well proportioned rooms and plenty of cooling breezes. There is the great Olitas del Mar restaurant a couple of hundred meters down the road which is a blessing as the food is exceptional !! Also the market is not too far and the choice of fresh seafood and veg anparalleled! It is a long way to downtown if that's your thing. It's an extraordinarily beautiful property in perhaps the wrong p[lace with the wrong caretakers? With caring management it would a be a go to accomodation in PE but the Mexico City owners appear to have let it go?

Cons:

The kitchen area is very dirty, strewn with the staffs food and possessions. Some of the equipment needs replacing. The hob was disgusting, historically filthy as was the electric cocktail mixer. The gold fish in the pool died ove rthe days wer were there? The staff spend most of the time on social media on their phones in quiet corners of the property which was rediculous concidering there is so much to be cleaned, fixed, washed, cleared up etc. It really is a shame as the property looks wonderful in pictures and the bones of a great small hotel are there, but three years old and uncared for !!!!!

It was nice, I enjoyed it
Pros:

the place itself is really nice, the pool was clean, theres free water and wifi works fine, also the bed is comfy and the shower is nice, also liked the room.

Cons:

I feel like kitchen and the "living room"/table could be cleaner, also the location is not the best one because is not that close to the beach and a family staying there was very loud

Lugar tranquilo y muy bonito
Pros:

Es un sitio muy tranquilo de 8 habitaciones, la gente respeta mucho los silencios y zonas comunes, tienen recepcionista a todas horas y nos reservaron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a las 5 am. Fueron muy atentos y el sitio es precioso y agradable.

el lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones cómodas y las instalaciones en lo general son muy confortables, el gato que vive ahí es de lo mas chispa, lo extrañaremos
