Hotelito Zicatela

The kitchen area is very dirty, strewn with the staffs food and possessions. Some of the equipment needs replacing. The hob was disgusting, historically filthy as was the electric cocktail mixer. The gold fish in the pool died ove rthe days wer were there? The staff spend most of the time on social media on their phones in quiet corners of the property which was rediculous concidering there is so much to be cleaned, fixed, washed, cleared up etc. It really is a shame as the property looks wonderful in pictures and the bones of a great small hotel are there, but three years old and uncared for !!!!!

I feel like kitchen and the "living room"/table could be cleaner, also the location is not the best one because is not that close to the beach and a family staying there was very loud

no hay ningún señalamiento a la llegada para ubicar las instalaciones, la comunicación del personal no es del todo buena son amables, pero muy callados no sientes esa calidez de bienvenida y atención que esperas

Está algo retirado de punta zicatela te recomiendo mucho tener algún transporte.

en la ubicación del lugar dicen que están en punta zicatela y no es así, es mas adelante y no hay camino a la playa, esta más retirado de lo que describen, en mi habitación no tuve agua caliente.

La ubicación en Booking no es correcta, un taxi nos dejó en donde marcaba la ubicación y no era ahí, después intentamos comunicarnos por teléfono para que nos ubicaran y NUNCA contestaron. Tuvimos que preguntar y caminar. Si buscas no salir del alojamiento, está bien... pero para ir a restaurantes, a la playa o a algún bar, tienes que ir en taxi a fuerza. El agua de la alberca igual se veía medio rara, pensamos que eran los químicos y decidimos no meternos.

Las zonas comunes estaban sucias.
La cocina muy sucia y no se podía cocinar porque no había mechero que funcionase. Hablamos con el alojamiento y tampoco solucionaron nada, no pudimos hacer uso de la compra que habíamos hecho para cocinar (ni cena ni desayuno).
Reservamos el hotel también por su piscina pero esta estaba muy turbia y sin mantenimiento.
Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel.

You need a car or bike to get to town. There was no bar or anyplace to eat on site - there is a communal kitchen you can cook and store food in the fridge but it was a bit messy and unkempt... more like a hostel which wasn't in keeping with the style or price of the hotel.

The only two details we encountered is that the pool was not very clean (there were many water bugs inside and not very clear) and that the second night nobody cleaned our room.
