Everything is very good.
Pros:

This accommodation is safe, clean, and tidy. The property has a gated entrance, and parking is convenient and secure.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Although my English isn’t great, the host and staff were very patient in communicating and listening to me.
Shopping is extremely convenient—everything is within walking distance.
Plus, the bus stop is right at the doorstep.
I highly recommend this place.

Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden und trotzdem ruhig ubdlange auszuschlafen
Pros:

Gastgeber hat uns Karten für den lokalen Bus geliehen und die kann direkt beim Supermarkt um die Ecke 10m geladen werden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. 15 min Walk zur Straßenbahn die auch nachts noch fährt.
Sehr ruhige Gegend.
Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

People who are going to stay there should totally have some warmer socks than we did 😆
Pros:

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The family is very kind and welcoming. They have two lovely dogs and two cats — all very friendly and happy to be petted. Helena provided everything we needed upon arrival: towels, instructions on how to turn on the water pressure, the Wi-Fi password, and she also allowed us to use her tea and kitchenware if we wanted to cook. Her sons were also very polite and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Another big advantage is the location — the bus stop is right next to the house, which is very convenient, especially if you plan to travel to the city every day.

We also appreciated that there was a hair dryer in the wardrobe, as well as some very cool hats with Irish symbolism, which we really liked. We even wanted to ask where they were bought, but unfortunately forgot to do so at the last moment.

Cons:

As for the downsides: we had a private room which we locked every time we went out. However, the host entered the room daily while we were away to bring or take something. For us, it would have been more comfortable if this had happened in our presence, as we had many valuable items with us and that was the reason we locked the room.

Additionally, the host explained how to use the heaters and asked us not to leave them on overnight, which is understandable. However, the room cooled down very quickly, as did the kitchen. Spending more than 15 minutes downstairs during meals was quite uncomfortable due to the cold, so we often returned to the room and needed some time to warm up under the blankets.

Sympathisch, gemütlich, sauber. Mit Hund und Katze.
Pros:

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, ruhig, sauber, sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Nähe der Dundrum Mall ist sehr praktisch. Von Dundrum aus fährt auch die Straßenbahn ins Centrum.

Cons:

Keine wirkliche Kritik, aber man darf sich nicht stören lassen von der Anwesenheit der Katzen in der Küche und auf dem Tisch.

Dans l’ensemble, très agréable séjour!
Pros:

Il fallait préparer son petit-déjeuner soi-même en cherchant les produits dans la cuisine (café, toasts, beurre…).

Cons:

Il y a des chats qui circulent dans la cuisine, montent sur la table et assistent de très près à la préparation des toasts. Il faudrait les garder ailleurs…
